The owner John of Guardian roofing and his crew are awesome. They strip not one but 4 layers of shingles. BEAST! I would recommend this company they're fair and honest and straight up no BS. After they were done my roof looks amazing and beautiful thank you to guardian roofing

Guardian did a great job replacing my roof. They took care of every detail, including matching the color of my new gutters perfectly to the trim of the house. When the special leaf filters I had installed earlier in the year were not reinstalled correctly, they came back out to fix it, taking the time to get it right and not walk away until I was happy with it. The owner and crew were professional and did a great job! The owner worked with my insurance adjuster and responded to all my calls and texts. The crew worked all day and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone moved efficiently and effectively.

They got in touch with my insurance adjuster quickly and followed up with me on time. They replied to all my calls and texted when they were busy. They answered all my questions. They left my yard clean and without nails.

I was looking for a new class 4 impact rated roof and on a cash basis since my roof was so old and insurance would cover almost nothing. John gave me a bid over $5,000 less than another company, taking into account the fact that I did not have the benefit of insurance coverage. He was very attentive to any questions and concerns I had and his crew completed the job in a day. By the way, it was also a big relief that he asked for no payment or money down until the job was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Guardian Roofing.
