"I am sorry you had an unfortunate experience. After reviewing your file, it appears that a tornado removed a major portion of the roof from your lake home and caused additional structural damage, which made securing a tarp challenging. We hired a third party to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. The rain that accompanied the tornado did allow water to drench your lake home. We followed industry standards to begin the drying process as quickly as possible to prevent secondary damages. Again, I am truly sorry you were not pleased with our service.
