Serviceman came to my home at the appointed time, removed the broken windshield and replaced it with a new one. He was professional as well as personable, making this an enjoyable experience. My cost was only the $100 deductible on my insurance policy. Safelite took care of all the insurance filing paperwork so I did not have to do anything in that regard. I was very pleased with the service and certainly would recommend Safelite to anyone needing a similar service.

A rock hit my windshield and put a large nick in the center of it. I submitted a claim to safelite online the evening it happened, they called to confirm details within a few minutes and someone came to my work the next day to repair. It was found that it was too large of damage to repair and needed to be replaced. The technician scheduled another appointment for the next day. They called both times before arriving, were quick, and the replacement looks great and have had no issues since.

Great. Repairman explained exactly what would be done, what it would look like when finished and did the work. Well satisfied!!

Up until the point where the tech said and quot;we will have to replace the glassand quot;, it was all good. Easy to schedule, clear communications with my Insurance and the provider. Provider arrived on site at the requested time. He inspected the glass and, after calling his supervisor, advised that they couldn't repair the glass and recommended replacing it. Mind you, my body guy at Abe's said this could be buffed out. So, I did not continue with the interaction and closed the call. I did, however, contact another firm which was able to repair the glass by buffing it out in 15 mins.

It was a really smooth experience. They were quick and had a nice breakroom where they let me rest since I was almost 9 months pregnant. When I scheduled the appointment, I was even given a discount for going through Angie's List.

The Appointment was set up to be between 9 and noon. I recieved an e-mail the night before telling me who the service tech would be. He called at 10 oclock and told me he would be here by 10:20 and was here at that time.The windshield was installed and looked good as new by 11:00.He cleaned the glass inside and out and was on his way. OH,and this all took place in my driveway.AWESOME!

Called the call center who took my call quickly. Very friendly. They called in my insurance claim for me. Appointment was scheduled at my convenience. Technician was on time and very professional. Nice job overall!

A stone flew up and cracked my windshield while on the freeway. It created a single crack of approx 10 to 12 inches. I called Safelite and everything was handled through the phone. After I gave them the information, they transferred me to their insurance person. I gave her my policy number and she handled everything. I did not have to contact my insurance company at all. The whole phone experience was good - very professional. It took about 10 to maybe 15 minutes. The appointment was made for the next day. They said it would take about 1.5 to 2 hours. It actually took 2. The waiting room was fine. I met the person who I assumed would do the actual work and he let me know what they were going to do and he answered the few questions I had. The new windshield looks just like the old one. I have since driven the car in the rain and ran it through the carwash a couple of times and, so far, no leaks. I hope this doesn't happen again, but if it does, I will go back to them.

Having used Safelite before, I knew I was not going anywhere else. They took the information over the phone, contacted my insurance company and the service appointment was made. That took all of 15 minutes if that. The customer service person was friendly, professional and easy to talk to and understand. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On the day of the appointment, I was checked in quickly. When it was time for my car to go in, the service tech came to the waiting area, introduced himself and gave me a run down of what was going to happen. After the car went in, the tech came back out went over a few things and then the repair was completed. The appointment took a little longer than estimated but that was due to the temps outside (early January). The tech wanted to make sure the windshield was sealed thoroughly. He came back to the waiting area and went over the work that was done and what I should not do in the short term. The car was cleaned out and the windows were cleaned. Other than seeing the windshield was replaced, you could not tell anyone had been in the car working. And I have not noticed or seen any dings or scratches on the car's finish. Work was done at their site on Dearborn Dr off of Sancus.

A truck kicked up a rock that caused a small crack in my windshield. I contacted my insurance and had an appointment the same day for a repair at no cost to me. I dropped my car off and left it with them to fix. It took them a little longer than quoted to fix it, which was fine since I wasn't waiting there. I noticed after a month or so that the repair started to get really foggy and then started to disappear. I called the customer service number and got the run around from the lady on the other end that stated that there was a guarantee on the repair but that meant I had to pay my deductible and they would replace my windshield. She refused to consider that something may have gone wrong in the repair process. I decided I would just drive over to the location that did the repair and have them look at it. The staff at the location was very polite and accommodating to my request to have the repair checked. The gentleman agreed something had gone wrong and let me know the and quot;plugand quot; had fallen out completely. He repaired it again at no charge to me or my insurance. Everything was great for about 2 months and then the repair fell out again. I've usually had good luck with repairs on previous windshields, but have never gone with safelite. I understand that sometimes a repair will fail and the windshield will crack, but to have the repair fall out of my windshield twice is a bit strange. I figure the guarantee is pretty worthless since no matter who replaces my windshield I have to pay my deductible and I would rather go elsewhere to have it replaced at this point.

We suffered a large enough crack in the windsheild that I initially thought repair wouldn't be possible. Their web site explained clearly what could be usually repaired so that was a relief. I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible to avoid further damage so I scheduled through their web site for repair at our home the next afternoon (Saturday). The technician called promptly to notify us of when he would be arriving. He arrived as scheduled inspected damage and explained the process. The work was completed quickly and was entirely satisfactory. So far we've had no problems with the repairs.

They were great to work with. The young lady working the check-in desk was amazing (considering how busy they were). She took care of insurance (it pays for repairs and waives deductible if you have comprehensive with many insurance companies). Repair person was also great. Explained the work that would be done. Warned me that he could not make it perfect and I would see where the repair was. I had no problem with that since it was on the extreme right side. Repair looks fine and the windshield is now safe - at no out-of-pocket cost. Work was done on a 2010 Mercedes.

While on a trip out of state, a stone from a construction truck hit my windshield. I did not notice anything at the time, but around an hour later when I pulled into a rest stop, I noticed a crack around 10 inches long in my windshield. I guess the sun visor had hidden it from my sight. When I got back Sunday afternoon I went to the Safelite website and filled out my information. I had used Safelite in the past and was extremely pleased with their service. Safelite called my within a few minutes after I submitted my information. They said the insurance company would pay for the entire replacement of the windshield. I then made a morning appointment the following day to get the work completed. The people at the Safelite location were very pleasant to work with, the facility was clean, they offered my coffee, or water, plus there was free WIFI and television in the waiting room. I also learned that they now recycle the glass rather than send it to a landfill. The quality of the service and the attitude of the people were outstanding. I would not hesitate to call Safelite anytime in the future if I require their service. I see that they are located in other states besides Ohio. They can also come to your location and make the repair which is good to know if you are in travel status and need help.

It turned out that my windshield did not have a chip that required repair. I made an appointment with this Safelite location. They brought my car into their shop. After waiting 10 minutes in their waiting room, the technician came out to talk with me. He explained that the scratch on my windshield did not damage the windshield. He brought me into the shop to show me what he was referring to. They were most friendly about this and did not charge me or my insurance company. I was out of there within another 5 minutes. Due to the honesty and professional courtesy shown to me, I would highly recommend this Safelite location for any auto windshield repairs.

Good work, timely. Contacted me right after request and had appointment scheduled for the next day. They came to my house, and were very flexible to work into my schedule. Great work, would certainly use again.

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a wonderful customer service experience that I wanted to share. Kevin gave a courtesy call before arriving. He showed up as promised, took time to explain the process and time to complete and finished everything as promised. He was was both professional and very friendly and best of all did a fantastic job replacing my front windshield! Greg called me before my appointment to connect me to my insurance company's hotline and got my claim submitted and approved within minutes! I never imagined it would be that easy. Thanks to the Safelite Autoglass group for a wonderful job all around!

Very professional. The installer was very nice and I felt comfortable with him doing the work at my house.Hit the mark with the price I had been quoted. I would use them again and would recommend them.

First, I found out that State Farm covers windshield cracks, but the deductible applies. I've heard that some insurance companies cover this at 100% regardless of deductible. I got a quote quickly and easily online. It was only $25 for them to come to my home/work to do the replacement, so I opted for that. It took maybe 15 minutes to schedule the entire process online. They were out that very afternoon to do the work. The repairman was friendly and helpful and completed the work in less than 2 hours. I'm very pleased with how it all turned out.

It was very fast and easy. I called my insurance company, and they made the appointment for me and paid for the repair. I drove to their shop, and it took about an hour altogether. They did a great job.

This experience was so exceptional, I thought I must be dreaming. From the initial phone call to the check out procedure, the team at Safelite were 100% professional, courteous, polite, patient, clear, understanding and just nice. Honestly, I could not believe it. I have not had such a tremendous customer service experience in my life. And it was a MONDAY morning. These guys must be actors - nobody is that nice on a Monday morning! The technician (Eric) took great care to explain the entire procedure before they started working, allowed me to inspect the results prior to completing the service - which included vacuuming my car, even though no broken glass was involved and escorted me to and from the service floor both times. He patiently answered my questions and did not utter one condescending remark the entire time - a first for me (a woman) in an automotive repair environment. HOME RUN Safelite! You guys ROCK!!! While I hope to never need your services again, I will recommend you to anyone who ever needs a windshield repaired or replaced.
