I signed up online for service date/time. It was nice that the appointments were close enough together that I didn't have to sit around all day waiting for the serviceperson to arrive. When the tech came, he actually only charged me for repair for "one" chip instead of two because they were so close together, which was a VERY PLEASANT surprise! It meant the cost was cheaper. After the repair, which took about 30 mins, the chips were not visible at all. It has been approx. 3 yrs since the repair, and while I can now see where the chips were, if the sun happens to shine "just right" through the windshield, you still cannot "feel" where they are from the front of the windshield. The service technician was courteous, friendly, and professional.

I contacted the provider who worked with me to make an appointment. My son took the car to the appointment. They repaired the chip in the windshield. The experience was excellent.

Unfortunately, we had to take the car back because of an issue with the newly installed windshield. However, they were able to correct the issue for us.

The new window leaked at first, but they corrected the issue which made everything fine.

Overall, I've had great success with all of the company's technicians save one that either wasn't familiar with classic cars or simply didn’t want to work on classic cars.

I did auto glass. I had a broken windshield. I used them because they were linked up with my auto insurance. It was Safelite Auto Glass and it was a catastrophe. The customer service was miserable. They would not call back. They were not on time. When they sat two appointments. One for them to come to me and one of them to me to come to them. Finally when I got to the point of an appointment which ended up being ten days later I think so I was driving with a broken wind shield the whole time. They had ordered the wrong windshield. So I had to wait, I don't know, another ten days or something like that before it finally was resolved. Essentially everything that could have gone wrong went wrong and I would absolutely never use them ever under any circumstances and I told my auto insurance company the same thing. The guys who actually came and did the work were polite and professional and I think the work was done just fine. I don't have complaints about that but it was all of the bureaucracy and office help and the scheduling and all of that stuff that was a complete fail. Again I'm blaming the office just because of the catastrophic double scheduling not having a clue what was going on and so on. Anybody other than the, and I had contact with two technicians, because they came out once with the wrong windshield. Then they came out the second time with the correct one so I had no concerns with them but the professionalism with everyone else involved it was horrible.

The technician was prompt and professional and did a great job repairing my windshield. The crack is barely noticeable now. He even cleaned the front and back windshield and vacuumed my floor mats!

They had the best price, despite not going through our insurance, they were still able to provide a discount b/c of the ins provider we are covered by. They thought it would be 2 day turnaround due to inventory but they ended up turning it around the same day within a few hours of us dropping it off.Customer service was terrific!

I was a walk-in. They were able to get me in with no wait, and do the work in one afternoon. The staff was very helpful and responsive. I would definitely use them again.

I scheduled my appointment on the internet. I was very impressed when I arrived] to see how large the waiting area is. All the employees were welcoming and they pointed out the coffee area and the restroom. There was a large TV for those wishing to watch it, and magazines as well. The person who worked on my car was Jay. He took me back into the really clean, bright, large work area to explain the work he was about to do on the windshield. He explained everything carefully and clearly. I then went back to the waiting area and in about 25 minutes the work was complete and Jay once again came to take me back and show me the completed job. Not only did he do a fantastic job with the nick in the glass, but he also cleaned all my windows, vacuumed my car, and handed me a dollar bill that he found under a seat. I was very impressed with my experience and although I hope that this does not happen again, if it does, I will return to this location of Safelite for their excellent service.

After being hit by slush from a snowplow, my husband watched as a crack slowly marched across his wind shield. He called Safelite and a pleasant representative asked a few questions, gave him an estimate and other details, and set up an appointment. We decided to pay for the work instead of filing an insurance claim as the cost vs. deductible was about the same. With our Senior Discount, the final price came in well below the estimate. The technician, Kyle was professional and pleasant, and offered upgrades at no cost (built-in sunblock and a new, better seal). We couldn't be more pleased with the service of having this windshield replaced. They also offer a life-time guarantee of their work. But that's not all! They inspected the condition of the car inside & out for such things as the seats, carpet, trim, dash, exterior finish, etc. Then, they cleaned all the windows inside & out. We feel we got more than our money's worth from a company that goes the extra mile to please the customer.

$50 for the first chip repair and $10 for the additional. It was a pre-arranged price with my insurance company. The pre-set price avoided a claim to the insurance company. It took a little longer than expected and the glass wasn't totally cleaned when they were done. However they did wash the rest of the glass on the car. A little added bonus. The waiting area is nice and offers free tea and coffee. Televisions, newspapers and magazines. Table where you can use your laptop too. I like to take it to them so they can work in the garage in the winter time. I think it results in better quality work than in the extreme cold. No worry about weather too.
