Description of Work: Replaced the windshield in one vehicle and was supposed to fix a spider crack in a second vehicle, but the didn't go so well. You can hardly tell that anything was done and the spider crack is still very visible, inside and out!

Description of Work: Safelite replaced the front windshield in my 2000 Saturn SL2. The technician was prompt, friendly, explained the process and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone needing windshield replacement.

Sales rep wasted almost 1/2 hour of my time collecting info and assured me that my insurance co. would waive my deductible and they absolutely do not. The rate Safelite quoted me was $154 for an on-site crack repair the size of a pea, the company I am using is charging $50 for the same service. Sales rep also wanted my credit card info to "hold my appointment" (?)

Description of Work: they were very professional and they did an excellent job for us. They removed our old cracked windsheild. It was fasinating to watch him work. Then they put our new windsheild on and used a special adhesive. The job was done faster than we thought. Well done!!!!

Description of Work: Replaced the front windshield on a Toyota Corolla. We've owned it for just a couple years, and we learned that the glass was already replaced once and done improperly. They had extra work because of that and had to contact the dealership to get the proper striping to go around the glass. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely return.
