Description of Work: Over the past two years we have had 3 windshields, one back window and one side window replaced on various vehicles that our family members have. In every case they were on time, very professional and did a great job. I would give them an A+!

Description of Work: The first install of the seal around the windshield was not completed correctly. It has a 12 inch area that was pinched and not level with the surface. Without even seeing the car, the service rep on the phone explained that sometimes the manufacturers sends these out cut short and it should be okay as long as air isn't getting in. She had no clue what was wrong and just tried to get us to go away. The second call they said they would have to replace the entire windshield again to fix it and wanted to know if I wanted to wait to see if it leaked first. Wait until it leaks and runs down the inside of the car and damages a bunch of other stuff? Upon a third call, they came out and replaced it the correct way.

Description of Work: I had multiple problems with them including them not sealing the first new windshield correctly which led me to have to have a second one placed. During the placement of the second windshield they destroyed my windshield wiper fluid component. They did end up making this right however was an ordeal and a lot of unnecessary run around and stress for me. I would not recommend them.
