Service in the shop was great. Didn't have to wait very long.

They do a great job. They come right to your home, very convenient. The even vacuum your vehicles floor.

The technician showed up on time. Completed the job in less than an hour. Good work.

Fine. However, you need to know that when "fixing" a ding or small crack. They are really stabilizing the injury not making it disappear. You will still have a visible crack in the windshield. That said it did not cost us anything as you do not use your deductible in this type of repair with my insurance company. And, you can apply the cost of the repair to the costg of the windshield should you decide to replace it in the future,

The same day I found the window shattered, it was replaced. I was grateful. When Safelite arrived, it started to rain. With no garage to replace the window, Safelite followed me to a car wash and we were allowed to change it in an empty stall. He swept the stall and the inside of my car leaving everything clean.

The technician arrived at the very end of the 2 hour time slot for the appt. The job was completed well except that the top rubber moulding at the roof stuck up so it caught any and all water coming off the roof. I ended up sealing it down with adhesive a couple weeks later. I should have called them back but didn't. The glass is much harder to clean on the inside than the factory glass from Honda. I would probably check the dealer the next time I need a windshield. The glass is rough, and very hard to get clean without streaks or microscopic fibers left on the glass. Way different than the original glass I often cleaned before.

Technician did excellent work and answered all our questions. We were curious about how everything worked, and he explained the entire process.

They drove me home after I dropped it off and then they picked me up again to get my car! I didn't expect this type of service. I lived 5 minute drive away and I was going to walk.

I scheduled service in their facility by phone at a time that was convenient. They would have come to my home but, because the weather was extremely cold, I chose to go to their shop. I went home to wait for the job to be finished because I live a short drive away even though their waiting area is very pleasant. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and helpful. Coordination with my insurance company was seamless. I have used Safelite before to repair a chipped window, and my son also had his windshield replaced. I will definitely use them again if the needs arises.

Excellent, he was very professional,friendly, and he was on time and and had the work completed in no time.

Great, the chips were in close proximity, so the tech was able to repair both in one shot versus two separate repairs.

Very good. I would recommend. Your TV commercial (filmed at the Zoo) says that Safelite will come to your location but I was told that it was not possible. The waiting area was very dirty.

I used Safelite AutoGlass. They were an A across the board. I went to them around November of 2015.

This service was great. They were able to fix the area but it left some scratches on the window but they eventually wore away.

It actually went pretty well, they made an appointment relatively quickly and I was able to get in and out pretty quickly. They clean all of your windows and they do a vacuum as well but that was the only technical service I in was in there for them to do. I didn't shop around for price, it was through my insurance company.

First of all, i will tell you that at the end of the day i am satisfied. All 3 of the installers were friendly, professional and polite. They were all equipped with the materials that were needed to complete the removal of my old cracked windshield and put the new one in. However. The first windshield that i had installed, immediately after the installation i noticed there was an interior scratch in the glass. The installer called the office, they scheduled another day to stop out and install a 2nd windshield. The 2nd windshield that was installed had a defect right in my line of sight which it reminded me of looking through a fish bowl. This actually make me feel nauseous. I called Tom at Safelite and he explained that they would not be able to fix my car outside of the controlled environment of their office as the glue was still drying and he was concerned and wanted to make sure that he had at least 2 guys to work on my vehicle. Because i cannot drive the vehicle i agreed that i would take it to their office in Worthington Saturday morning, even though i had prior commitments that needed to be cancelled. I arrived at their office to have my vehicle fixed at 8am, they took it back into the shop and my wife and i drove back to my home. As i was pulling into the driveway i received a call that they were not going to work on my vehicle and we would need to schedule another day to have the service performed. I picked up my vehicle shortly after that and scheduled a time for the installation to take place. The installer came out and completed the work. He said they ordered an OEM windshield and i should not have any problems with it. It does look nice. I have not driven the vehicle yet however i did sit in and it appears to be defect free. HOWEVER i dont understand why i was scheduled for a time that they knew would not be conclusive to completing the windshield. I asked the other customer service reps and they said they would need to ask Tom directly. I am suprised that the materials that they used both times had defects.

They were fast and efficient and did an excellent job! It was nice to be surrounded by such a friendly staff while I was waiting. They even reattached my previous window stickers! I would definitely recommend them to everyone and would always use them again.

This is the third time I’ve used them. They have always been exceptional. Professional, on time, good prices and high quality work. LOVE them!

The service was easy to schedule and they were easy to work with. The repair is functional. You can still see the chip area, but it is sealed. I am sure it is cheaper for insurance to do chip repair than a whole windshield. It is not in a prominent area which is good.
