Excellent - repair has held up, on-site service can't be beat, and it took up very little of my time.

It was a really good experience. They were personable. They were on time. Absolutely professional. I would use them again. They were courteous and kind.

I received one email regarding my appointment and estimated cost. Then I received another email regarding the technician's profile and photo who was coming to perform the service. I really like this service because I would be able to know who I would expect and the background of this person. (It turned out she is the only female technician of Safelite in this region!) The technician called me before coming to my house. Once she arrived, she explained the repair she would do step-by-step and the outcome of the repair. I didn't contact my auto insurance for the incident. She told me that she can have her company to file a claim for me so I didn't need to pay for the service. She also explained the type of claim the company will file and how it will not affect my insurance rate. She was very friendly and professional. The service was last 20 minutes. It was a very pleasant experience. However, the price seems to be a bit higher than the quotes I received from other companies.

Our car was broken into and the window in the driver's door was shattered. Safelite was able to come out the same day and replace the glass. They showed up on time, the representative was very nice and friendly. He vacuumed out the broken glass, put in the new glass, explained the warranty.

They also have a lifetime warranty on the repair.

I was happy that their repair person came to my work to replace the glass after my car was broken into. Later, when it turned out that this repair person inadvertently broke my door lock, the people at the shop repaired it at no cost. However, I had to be firm about the fact that I wasn't going to pay for it. I think they misunderstood at first that the lock had not been broken before their repairman fixed my window.

Great, called them on Friday and was told they had a windshield for my car in stock. I asked when the work could be performed, I was told I could either bring it to their shop that day or they could do it at my home the next day. I chose the next day, Saturday morning. They arrived at the arranged time and in about a hour and a half were done. The cost was exactly the price quoted over the phone. I am most pleased with the service. No problems with the windshield have been noticed.

Fantastic job! They came to my home, were on-time, cleaned out the broken glass and had the new window installed all in about 45 minutes.

My windshield had 2 small chips caused by flying stones and, when my daughter put her feet up on the window, one of them turned into a series of large cracks. I needed to get it replaced that day so I could continue driving it. I called 3 companies on Angie's List and Safelite's estimate was in line with the others. Then they offered a discount if I booked right then. They had an in-shop appointment within the hour, which I took. They estimated an hour and a half for the job and were finished early. There was a discrepancy between what I was quoted on the phone and what I was billed but the girl took care of it immediately.

My appointment was at 9:30 to have the window replaced on my car. I was told it would take about an hour, but my car was not ready until 11:45. The glass was replaced, however, there were still pieces of glass scattered on the front and back floor. They swept it out again and I left. When I returned home, I found two out dings on the passenger side of my car. I called Safelite and they told me to bring my car back in. Before I took my car back in, I went to a body shop for an estimate, which was $96. Safelite did say that they caused the dings by trying to get the glass out of the door. They did refund me the $96 to have the dings repaired.

I was driving on I-70 and a rock made a small crack in the passenger side of the windshield. I went to Safelite on a Saturday afternoon with out any appointment. Within two minutes some one from their staff was inspecting the crack and determined that it was repairable. It took them only 30-40 minutes and they did a superb job. They explained to me how they did the work and the mark on the windshield is almost impossible to see. The staff was very friendly and they were very honest about replacing vs repairing the windshield. After 1 month, I have no problems so far with the work done.

I called for an appointment at 10:00am. I was told the technician would arrive between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. The technician was at my house at 12:45 and finished at 1:00 pm. The technician took the time to explain the process and set the appropriate expectations. The office and the technician were very professional and courteous.

I went to their facility and I got great service. They did a great job. They were excellent. I am very satisfied. Do not remember cost.

I was having a leak in my car that caused water to come into the passenger side floor when it rained heavily. Originally I was told that it would cost between $125 and $155 to reseal the windshield. Instead the gentleman who worked on my car realized that the issue was probably the seal/flap on the air intake. He fixed that which solved the problem and took the cost from $125 to $37.

They quickly scheduled the repair and even offered to come to our residence to make the repair. We were very pleased with their professionalism and expertise.

I experienced a chipped windshield on the highway. Safelite sent out a technician to fix it. Upon inspection, he could not fix it, but arranged for me to take the car to their shop that same day for replacement.

Company came to my house to replace cracked windshield. Representative originally had to postpone replacement. Due to rescheduling, the company reduced cost from $100 to $50. Insurance covered the remainder of the cost.

Came to my home within like minutes it seemed. Incredible and painless experience! Way to go!

They came to my house to fix windshield. Since crack was still small, it did not need to be replaced. He was done very quickly, and I have a hard time seeing where the crack in my windshield was to begin with. Since my insurance company has a contract with them, they picked up the bill without charging me my deductible.

Tech was very professional. Management and scheduling very cooperative and friendly.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I TOOK MY CAR TO THEM AND IT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The windshield wipers had scratched my windshield in several places. This company quickly got me an appointment and took care of my need. There is a satellite office on Billingsley Rd just off of Sawmill.

They were very helpful and have a decent web site that let me schedule an early morning call. I got the appointment and work was done on time and as in the estimate.

Appointment was easily scheduled on the web, and everything was done on time as promised. Website was easy to use to set up an appointment, and it quoted me a price. When I got there the actual price was $50.00 more. When I asked why they were different they said they would have to replace the molding. When I came back to pick up the car, they did not replace the molding, and the cost was back to the original cost. I have to wonder that if I did not ask, what price I would have been charged?
