Safelite AutoGlass

Everything was great. I have used them in the past for the same vehicle, and I have always been happy with them. They are very quick and do a wonderful job. I will absolutely use them again and would definitely recommend them to anybody else.

I phoned Safelite about a few cracks in the windshield. They came out immediately (within an hour) to repair the cracks in the windshield. It turned out one of the cracks was all the way through the two layers of glass. If it had turned out that Safelite could fix the windshield, they would have squared up the payment directly with my insurance company. However, the Safelite technician said that it wouldn't be safe to merely repair my windshield. I had to replace it. We scheduled for the following business day, and my windshield was replaced. The technician who did the work was on time and efficient.

It went fine. They took care of everything right away, and I haven't noticed any leaks since then.

Scheduling over the phone with Tiffany couldn't have been better. I used their website to request a call within 30 minutes on a Sunday morning and Tiffany called back within that timeframe. She walked me through the entire process, linking me with a representative from my insurance company and staying on the line with us to answer any questions I couldn't. Earliest appointment available was on Tuesday. I arrived a little early and they took me right away. The check-in person explained the repair although he did not explain the guarantee. I never saw the service technician, but the overall experience was still very good.

They were very fine workers with great workmanship.

My day started out with a phone call at 7:18 a.m. telling me that my father-in-law had died: horrible news. So I spend the day, running around, trying to get ,ready to transport me, my husband and my son, to Richmond to properly mourn this wonderful man. With two animals to house, mourning clothes to buy for a ever-changing teen, and last minute grocery shopping on top of everything else, the last thing I needed was for my cargo door on my van to slip off of its cable and shatter my rear window. Oh, great! What else? I called a few companies, and no one could help me until the next day (too late) or later in the week (way too late). I called Safelite and talked to Jason, explained my problem: window shattered, trying to pack up the car, glass everywhere, gotta leave, gotta pack, Dad has died, I wan't to get this fixed before my husband gets home so he doesn't have to deal with it, and on and on and on. Jason couldn't find a mobile unit that was free. I explained that I was way behind, short notice, not much time to to get ready. Without hesitation, he offered to drive his own car to my house, picked up my van, and had it repaired and returned to me within 1 1/2 hours! Not only that, the bill was lower than the estimate. What Jason heard was a family in mourning, trying to get to their family to honor a man who had just died. He stepped up to the plate. And, bottom line, the repair is flawless. The car was vacuumed out, the window is perfect, the repair is all you would expect, and for less than I thought it would be. Truly a great company with a great bunch of people. I just can't say enough about this company and about Jason. How often do you see this kind of compassion for a complete stranger -- especially from a business, and they end up charging you less than they quoted. This makes me feel so good about people. Ryan called me first thing in the morning to tell me he'd be arriving between 10:30 and 11:00. I ran an errand hoping to make it back before he arrived but he was there before I returned. He called to let me know he was at my house and he waited for me and started to get things set up. He did a great job at replacing the windows and cleaning up all of the broken glass in my car and driveway.

They got me in within the next day or so and out within an hour! They did what they said they were going to do and it was quick and efficient. Their price was reasonable. I would definitely hire them again.

Received immediate confirmation of the scheduled appointment. Technician showed up during the scheduled time and called before hand. Work was done in less than 60 minutes. Broken glass was vacuumed out of the vehicle and all glass was cleaned thoroughly. Very professional and polite technician. The work was done in my driveway without having to drive anywhere. Had to make a couple of phone calls to Safelite office to deal with the insurance claim, but nothing major.

Ryan arrived right on time...once he removed the broken windshield, he thoroughly cleaned the windshield area and even vacuumed the cabin filter. He installed the new windshield and cleaned all the windows! We are very happy with Ryan's work!

Safelite employee came to my house at the designated time, replaced my front windshield and left.

Although my insurance company had authorized payment for a full replacement, the tech was confident that a repair would make my windshield safe again without the time and cost $$$ of the replacement. I was very pleased with his honesty, and I requested that he repair - not replace - the windshield.

GREAT. Both Shawn and Jason were responsive to our needs and scheduling conflicts. They explained the procedure and advantages to having it done in their shop vs. on the road, with our current temps outdoors. They beat the online special price going on right now and we are very pleased.

My husband had a crack in the windshield of his car. We called safelite to come out and fix the crack. They came the same day and finished it very quickly without my husband losing any time at all!

It was great. I called them late in the morning and described the damage. I was given an estimate and told I could bring the car in or they would send someone to our house-at no extra charge. We scheduled an appointment for that afternoon at our house and the repairman arrived shortly after noon.

I would recommend them in the future.

It went well. They had the job little to no time. I've used them many times in the past and they always do a good job. I will continue to use them again.

Everything went very smoothly. I brought my car in, (it was more convenient for me to bring my car to them than to have them come to me), left the keys at the front desk and my car was ready after waited in their waiting room for about 90 minutes.

I called Safelite to replace my car's cracked windshield. They came promptly the next morning and replaced the windshield. The new windshield appeared to be fine. Two days later while I was driving on the freeway I heard a noise on the top of my car. The trim piece around the windshield had come loose and was hitting the top of my car. I took the car to Safelite and was told that the technician who replaced the windshield had not installed the trim piece properly. They replaced the trim piece at no charge.

It was good. They have very good customer service. They showed up on time. What's neat about them is that they come to where you are to do the work. They got the job done quickly.

They were supposed to come out and did not have everything so they had to reschedule. They came out Monday and did not have everything had to reschedule. They compensated us lightly but I would have rather them just got it done the first time.

They had an appointment the very next morning. They were running a little bit late but they called me and told they would be late. They explained that we could have the windshield repaired or replaced. We went with the repair option. It worked really well. They said that if there was a problem, the repair cost would be part of the replacement cost. We were completely satisfied.

My windshield was hit with something on Tuesday night about midnight that left a very serious crack. Working through my insurance company, they had the repair service scheduled to be at my home by 5 pm Thursday. The appointment window was noon-5 pm (not my favorite, but to be expected). The employee arrived about 2:45 and confirmed with me the car on which he was working. I moved the car (inside my garage) for him to get good access and be able to open both doors fully. He performed the entire service in my garage. He released and removed the old windshield, and replaced it. He also cleaned every inch of the car he touched (including where he stepped on the floor mats inside) and the new glass was sparkling when he was finished. He was polite, personable, and professional. He explained everything he was doing to me, as well as the warranty and follow up information. Very pleasant experience and would gladly use this company again. P.S. The reason for the lack of price information is that the broken windshield was claimed on insurance and I only paid my deductible. The nice element there was that the company billed my insurance directly, so I did not have to pay the full amount and then be reimbursed. I do not know what the total cost was.
