Beware! They will charge $59 for coming out to do an estimate. They also did not give any fixed time or time window. You have to wait for their call to see if they would show up on that day. The first day they showed up around 4 PM and then gave me three expensive-looking options. As I had to leave at 5 PM we scheduled for them to come the next day (day 2). They told me in the afternoon on day 2 after a couple of calls that they do not have me on their schedule. Ok we rescheduled for day 3, the next day. On day 3, I confirmed in the morning that I was on the schedule, but then they called me around 3 Pm that they cannot do day 3 as well. They offered to do something 3 days later. I had no other choice but to cancel the work. This is way too much trouble to get something done from anybody. Now I am out of $59 and lost 3 days and still have a leaking faucet. How could they be so bad? Use them at your own risk or if you really enjoy uncertainty and a lot of followup phone calls.

They were very prompt in coming out. They were very respectful about not making a mess in my house and when it turned out to be a simple issue that I could fix they did not charge me for the consult since we had used them previously. When we have used them in the past they were great then too and their pricing was very competitive. Would recommend them to anyone

Based on previous experience, the cost of the service was somewhat higher than anticipated. However I was pleased with the service itself. The problem was addressed promptly and satisfactorily. I was impressed by the follow up contacts that were made prior to the service and by the fact that Wyattworks e mailed a photo and profile of the assigned technician prior to the appointment. This is a good security feature. I was particularly impressed by the technician, Pete. He was respectful, professional, and personable and represented the company well.

Installed kitchen sink. Prompt. Did and excellent job.

Alan showed up on time ,he did the work, he cleaned up after the job, he was courteous and he explained everything he needed to about the workings of the hot water tank.

The plumber arrived on time and spent much of the day fixing my plumbing issues. Offered several different solutions at different prices. The problems were fixed.
