Description of Work: While this particular visit to Westerville Auto was actually a minor one, it was typical in that the estimate/actual cost, service, and care provided by this firm and its representatives was exceptionally good. I have been using Westerville Automotive for about a year for all repairs and servicing on two cars. They have done everything from front ends and cooling systems to a simple oil changes and always the work has been the best I have experienced in 50 years of driving and working with automobile service companies.

Description of Work: I have been searching for many years for a mechanic I can trust. I am really sick of being jerked around by the chain shops. I selected this shop because they had such a wonderful rating on Angie's list. I brought my van with 136K miles in for a vibration and check engine light. I did not have an appointment and they were able to fix my vehicle that same day. They did not try to upsell me. They were really friendly and polite. I think I have found a shop for life. Thank you, Westerville Automotive.

Description of Work: Had a radiator go bad that was 3 months old. Another place had put the radiator in and it was a bad part from Napa. Westerville Automotive worked with NAPA to get a warranty replacement for the radiator and did the work in one day to replace it. I went to the shop thats south of 270. They did good work and will be making them my place to go for auto service.

Description of Work: I asked them to check over a car with high mileage before I spend the money to paint it. They identified several items that I should be aware of and made recommendations on which items need repaired and which could wait. A very honest assessment with no pressure to fix everything or even the big ticket items. I'd recommend them to a friend.
