Description of Work: I requested a brake inspection, which was done and no work was needed. They provided an explantion for the noises the car makes despite it having brakes with limited wear. An oil change was needed and it was done, along with a general vehicle inspection.

Description of Work: Following a seal breaking on my transmission fluid cooler, which is inside the radiator of my 2005 Honda Pilot, Westerville automotive, replaced the radiator, transmission fluid cooler, hoses and fittings that carry both coolant and transmission fluid. They then flushed the transmission several times to remove any coolant that may have flowed back into the transmission. Rick at Westerville automotive kept me informed of progress, cost and time lien as well as prepared me for the possible worst case scenario, severe transmission damage. Luckily the later was avoided. I believe many shops would not have attempted the repairs and would have simply sold another huge transmission job. I have used Westerville Automotive for other wok and consistently found them to achieve the highest levels of service, quality work and professionalism.
