They were very satisfactory. I've been there twice. The service was fine. It took awhile because you have to get in line.

It was over the phone. They were responsive and nice.

I am very happy with them and will continue using them in the future.

My shift cable connection broke on a Friday morning and I had the car towed to Westerville Auto. They provided a courtesy ride back to my home and called a couple of hours later with a diagnosis and estimate. I was back on the road by the end of the day. At the time I picked up the car, it was noted to me that the transmission still did not feel as though it was shifting correctly and that I should consider having the cable assembly replaced at some point. I came back in two weeks later and had the cable assembly replaced. Sure enough, the car shifts like new now. What has been an awful car to drive for some time, is now fun to drive again. I can not speak highly enough of Westerville Auto. The work is done quickly, they meet their estimates, and do everything they can to make having a car in the shop as hassle free as it can be.

I arrived at the appointed time. I had trouble explaining exactly what needed to be done. They were very patient with me and helped me to figure out what was needed (and didn't make me feel stupid either!). The maintenance was complete in about 45 minutes (a fraction of the time it would have taken at the dealership) and for hundreds less than the dealership would have charged! Overall, a good experience. I'll definitely go back. Oh- and they send reminder emails too!

Overall good experience. First service outside of dealer, but for this expensive service saved $500 with Westerville Automotive. Chose Westerville Automotive based on Angies List and met expectations.

They could not figure out the problem and they told it was not a major problem. I am using the car and it is not giving any trouble. I like them a lot. They do not try to do something I do not need. I have been using them for 8 years and they know that I am their regular customer. I always have had good outcomes with them. They have shuttle service where they drop me home or to office when I drop my car there and pick me up to their place so that I can pick up my car.

It went very well, I hate waiting so I took some stuff to do and was there about 2 hours-they did not quote me a time when I dropped the car off but I also did not really ask. I saw how they interacted with other customers and they were very honest with them about their cars as well.

This was the first time we used Westerville Automotive. This will be the first place we will call for any of auto services! We had both our front and rear brakes replaced. When we first picked up our car, we noticed squeeking coming from the brakes. We called Westerville Automotive and they were more than happy to inspect the brakes to find out why. They were determined to find out why, no matter how long it took. They could not of been any nicer and they were so apologetic. The service was outstanding and the prices were very reasonable.

Took it in in the morning. Explained what we wanted. Got a price (better than Valvoline's). Picked up the car at the end of the day.

Arrived 5 minutes after closing and wanted to know if someone could take a quick look at a leak around my radiator and tell me if it was serious or not.. I did not expect a quote or full diagnosis, just wanted to know severity of leak and come back tomorrow for quote and/or service. I was told that mechanics had gone home and they couldn't do that at the moment. Despite no less than 3 mechanics in shop where I originally pulled my truck in.

Westerville Auto checked my car before a long road trip. They found the hub assembly was causing the car to be excessively loud on the road. They suggested I replace it sometime in the near future. I scheduled the appointment on Tuesday before the work was done. While the car was fixed, I waited in the waiting room with my two toddler children. The car was completed in 1 hour despite the fact they told me that it would take 2 hours. I was very pleased. Although I didn't challenge the price, I was quoted about $6 less than the price charged, but I didn't want to fuss. I was happy for the prompt service.

Leak was identified as a blown head gasket. Quote was pretty high, so called around for some second opinions. Westerville was lower/same as others listed in Angie's List. Performed work and took 2 days(due to sending parts out to be machined). Actual cost was less than estimate. Drove home ok, but noticed some oil still leaking. Returned car and further diagnostics done. One of the seals replaced on blown head gasket job didn't seat properly and needed to be redone. Westerville auto did as part of warranty work with no further out of pocket cost. Had further work done as well and was happy with the work.

Called and asked to drop it off on Saturday, "Kevin" told me no problem but they wouldn't be able to look at it until the following Monday, which was fine with me. He explained that no work would be performed with out approval, but there would be a $81.00 diagnostic fee to trouble shoot some of my issues, which I agreed to. Got a call Monday around 10am and they explained what they had found. I originally ask if I needed a tune up and to check my brakes among other things. I thought it was honest when they told me I didn't need a tune up, and that my rear brakes and drums were still in good shape, but the fronts needed replaced. He went on to tell me that I need my ball joints replaced, although I choose not to have that done. The rest of the work I agreed to, and my truck was ready to pick up late that day. The only issue I would have is the overall price, but since I didn't get a second opinion, I wouldn't know if it was a fare price or not. And that they didn't recognize the Angieslist discount, but when I showed him a copy of the coupon from Angieslist he had no issues with giving it to me. Overall, I feel that I was treated the way I would have liked to be treated, and will go back again.

My daughter had a "friend" work on her car and ended up blowing a head gasket. We had her car towed to Westerville Automotive and talked with Kevin on what the options were. After giving me various options, we settled on replacing the gasket and using a used cylinder to save costs for my college aged daughter. The car now runs as good as new.

This was my first experience with Westerville Automotive, as I generally take my car to the BMW dealer for service. I called the Uptown location to inform them that my car would not turn over. I thought that the problem was with the starter. The car was towed to Westerville Automotive and they charged the battery and ran several diagnostic tests. The car remained overnight so that they could see if there was a depletion in battery power-there was not. They could not find a problem after the battery was fully charged and I was able to drive the car home without incident. I will have to take the car to the dealer if the problem surfaces again. I was pleased with their honesty and the thorough job that was done even if we could not get to the root cause of the issue. A less than reputable shop would have tried to sell me a new starter or some other unnecessary service. Westerville automotive lives up to its reputation for good work, honesty and fairness.

It was well coordinated with the body shop and everything works perfectly now. It was nice to have the tires and tie rod end replaced at the same time, saving me another trip out for this work. The only downside is that they charged twice for mounting/balancing -they say they re-installed the old tire to do the alignment, then broke it all down again to install the new tires. But overall a good service event.

It was good. They are a very good company. The prices are fair and they are always honest. I have already recommended them to multiple people. And they are very friendly and easy to work with.

It went very well. They do a great job. I am a senior and I send all the seniors down to Westerville Automotive. They are very respectful and prompt. They tell you what's wrong with it. You also get a AAA discount with them. They put coupons in the paper. If your get five oil changes the sixth is free.

They gave me a oral estimate over the phone ,but when they got started found it was going to be more so they called and told me and we agreed. Their shop is organized and very clean. They gave us a time and were right on.

My car had an electrical problem and died on a weekend when my regular repair shop was closed. I checked Angie's List and called around first thing Monday morning to see who could check out & fix my car that day. Westerville Automotive said they could so I had my car towed there. Scott immediately had his technicians work on it and determine the alternator was bad. The technicians test drove the car & the new alternator failed. So they had to replace it with another, but at least this happened while the car was still in the shop. I also had them check the alignment and then realign. The car took a little longer to service than anticipated because of the failed alternator. I only have 1 car and no other transportation. So Scott had his driver come get me when my car was ready. What great service! Up until now I had been a long time customer of another Angie's List auto repair shop, but I think I have a new favorite.

It was going to be something small and then said it was more major. The one part didn't fix it so it was going to be more money. They had to call around to try and get the repairs to a lower price. They dropped the rate to fit out budget They had trouble getting the part. He returned the first part because he thought it was used. He seemed honest.

Good service. Fair prices. Honest work. Quoted me a price way under. Reputable.

Service was done as described and on time. They even offered to give me a ride to and from the shop since the timing belt was going to take a while. They saved me $200 over what a Toyota Dealer was going to charge. The only criticism was that the inside of my car smelled like smoke after the service (I'm assuming the person who did the work was a smoker).

Excellent service and reasonable price.
