They have a list of repairs that they recommend I fix, and they help me prioritize them, since I can't pay for it all at once. They will pick you up and drop you off if you need them to. I trust them, and I can't say that about very many businesses these days.

I have used this shop for a variety of automotive repairs over the years. They are always prompt, professional and reasonably priced.

We took our 07 Hyundai Sonata to Westerville Automotive because we were warned that our brakes needed attention during a routine tire rotation at Sears Auto. Sears quoted us at roughly $350 per axle for the work. We found Westerville Automotive through Angie's List and had a great experience. We brought our car in around 11:00 am and the work was completed at 5:00 pm for $150 less than Sears quoted us. They were polite and efficient and gave me the Angie's List discount even though I forgot to bring in the coupon. We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Accurate estimate and wirk performed well

Another shop had told me I needed to get my lower control arm bushings replaced. I asked Westerville Automotive to take a look and make sure that's what I needed and perform the service. I also asked them to check my front brake pads as I had been having issues with the other shop. He performed both inspections and told me that the bushings were cracked but they were not the worst he had seen and gave me the option on whether to get them fixed or not. Tony was not pushy and was honest and very knowledgable. I will be going back for services in the future for both my car (Civic) and my husband's (S10).

They attempted to fix the problem and made an attempt, but that did not stop the noise. They advised that the noise was not effecting the vehicle's safety in any way and we decided to leave it, but they did not charge us for the initial repair attempt, which was nice.

I don't know how they stand on price with other automotive service providers, but I have been satisfied with the level of service I have gotten. One thing I dislike about them is they just fix what needs to be fixed and they do not help me with anything else. When they fix something, I have a piece of mind that they have fixed it. They get me in and out fairly fast.

Service was provided same day as the car was towed to the business. The estimate was provided within a couple hours and the repair completed that day. Additional work, over that included in the estimate, was needed and the service writer was able to reduce the added amount to be nearer the original estimate.

The gentlemen were very knowledgeable and helpful. They evaluated the problems, p phoned with estimate and had the job done much faster than anticipated.

They did a great job, and the environment was good. Their professionalism, friendliness and availability were good too. It was the best price I could find. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

My front brakes were badly in need of replacement (pads and rotors). I had been metal on metal for about 2 months, but couldn't afford the replacement. I had an angies list coupon, and I had a rotor that I had purchased previously. WA used the rotor I had purchased, no problems. That plus the coupon reduced my price by about $175. The company performed the work quickly, and with great quality. Scheduling was not a problem, and all associates at WA were professional, helpful, and friendly.

They did the job and they were very professional. I had no problems with them. I would recommend them to other members also. They were honest. I would use their service in the future too.

They are phenomenal. They go above and beyond. They even gave us half off on their labor because we didn't need as much service as we initially thought.

Westerville Automotive's price was as estimated some nine months earlier. The air conditioning seems to be working well--I drove two hours this past weekend in 90-plus degree heat. Westerville Automotive staff was smart, competent and very friendly. I asked one staff member about another potential issue with my car and he vounteered to take a look at it in the parking lot. As I waited for my ride, another staff member came out to offer a cup of coffee, and later still another offered to drive me home. Overall, an excellent experience. I can recommend Westerville Automotove to anyone seeking similar auto repairs.

After going to a dealer and getting a quote for $3000 worth of work which included a 90,000 tune up, I went to Westerville Automotive. Brakes were replaced, 90k service, and some other work was done. Ken at Westerville Automotive told me that several items recommended by the dealer should be wait and see items which saved me money. The dealer didn't give me this common sense advice. I went into the dealer to get warranty work and came out with a recommendation of $3000 worth of work. I appreciate Westerville Automotive's common sense approach to the work (e.g. if it's broke here are the options) otherwise here is when it should be checked again. Thanks again Ken!

Everything has been great with this company. I have been using them for several years. They are very honest and reasonable when it comes to price. They are very friendly and polite. I would recommend this company to anyone. I am very please with them.

Overall, the experience is excellent. The price is reasonable for the work completed. The mechanics answer questions thoroughly and were very careful to not do any work that we didn't need done. I'm happy with their services.

I feel that they are pretty honest. They will point out things that are going bad, but give the option of when you'd like to fix it. They are not the cheapest,. but they do not cut corners on any repairs. They've replaced the engine on my truck and when the new engine had an oil leak, they fixed that. I've used them five to six times a year for a long time. In that time, maybe one or two repairs were not correct, but they always make the repair right. If you live close, they will give you a pick-up.
