Description of Work: THEY PERFORMED AN OVERALL VEHICLE INSPECTION ON MY 1992 HONDA CIVIC WHICH HAS 135,000 MILES ON IT. WHILE THEY DID POINT OUT THAT I NEEDED BRAKES AND ROTORS CORRECTLY. THEY ALSO INDICATED THAT I NEEDED AN ADDITIONAL $400 IN REPAIRS WHILE MISSING THE FACT THAT BOTH FRONT SPRINGS WERE BROKE. WHILE THE WERE NOT INCORRECT THEY DEFINITELY MISSED THE MORE MAJOR PROBLEM THAT NEEDED ADDRESSING. I ENDED UP HAVING THE WORK DONE ELSEWHERE.

Description of Work: ASKED THIS COMPANY TO FIND SOURCE OF NOISE IN FRONT END - VERY LIKELY FRONT LEFT WHEEL. THEY SAID THEY COULD HEAR NO NOISES! THEY GREASED CAR CHASSIS, WHICH WE DID NOT TELL THEM TO DO. ANOTHER AUTO REPAIR CO. FOUND THIS NOISE PROBLEM EASILY. PRICE IS ''REASONABLE'' - BUT SERVICE IS ZERO.
