MY GIRLFRIEND WAS IN A LEASE OPTION WITH THIS COMPANY since 2007. I have been with her since 2009 and have seen the sewage back up into the basement numerous times. We would spend hours which turnend into days every time cleaning up. Over the years she has lost thousands in property. We would have roto-rooter out everytime it happened. On one ocassion, the tech had been to this property before she moved in. He Informed us that they told W2 properties that the pipe was busted under the porch. None of this was disclosed to my girlfriend at the time she signed the lease. So the problems keep happening. W2 convinces the sewer district that its their problem. So they dig up yard and put back flow preventer in. Guess what, it happened again. So my girlfriend calls the board of health. Seems they have a complaint on the same issue from the previous tenant. We have decided to walk away from all of her option money and buy a place. And we will be out ta here in 2 weeks. I want to get this out there so if some poor soul decides to rent this place. Please heed my warning and stay away from W2 properties.
