Company as a whole was great. The plumber they sent however wasn't very customer focused and was not good. I did notify the company and not only were they responsive but they handled my situation very professionally and took care of me right away. I would highly recommend this company

Easy to work with, polite and professional, reasonably priced

Travis, Hayder, and Jason were wonderful today. Everything was done well and everything was cleaned up afterward. They were respectful and polite. They explained eveything. I will be using Eco Plumbers in the future.

The tech that came out was very nice,friendly & professional. He kept his word to come back in a day or so to add the last piece that we didn't have, he had to get the last piece on his own

I had water leaking in different places in my house, the repair response was quick a d professional. Repairmen were polite friendly and explained everything. I am satisfied this will fix my problem and save me money in the long run.

Waited 6 hours and was told they could not make it for another 1/2 hour which was already 1 1/2 hours past the time "scheduled" time period and we had an event. They offered to reschedule and when I asked for a specific hour they told me they could not do that and I would have to schedule a period of time. I said no that was crap customer service. Two days after writing an email to the company I did get a phone call from the CFO saying that is not how they do business and it was a mistake and they would like to make it up to me. That is why I gave them the 1/2 star. I ended up fixing the problem myself and will use someone else if I have a problem
