I have not hired a plumber in years but was shocked at the cost. The plumber was here for about an hour. He replaced an outdoor faucet and a small piece of hose. Invoiced at a little over $400. He was terrific and did a great job in a very timely manner. No complaints there. As I said shocked at the cost.

I feel i was over charged for what he did which was replace a shower valve which only took 30 min total after he went and got the part I definitely will not recommend your company I felt it was not priced correctly.

It was such a simple repair I wish my husband was handy so we could've saved the $93 service fee. Took all of about 3 minutes for remedy. However, very professional, immediately recognized the problem and didn't try to convince me it was something larger in order to garner a higher repair fee, for which I am grateful.
