Josh did a great job and more! He was prompt, courteous and fixed our faucet quickly then we asked him to look over a few other items and was quick to fix. Josh also offered insights into water that we did not know and might sonsider for the future. Very professional!

He arrived on time. Explained what was wrong. Gave me 3 options on fixing my problem and explained each option. Completed the work in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the work done on my toilet. He also sent me a copy of the invoice and the 3 options.

Josh was extremely knowledgable and professional. Although it was only one leaky faucet in the Bathtub, the Solution to a new one was rather complex. I was a bit shocked by the overall cost, but to his credit he tried to find cheaper solutions that were just not available to us. A minor (biut for me important issue). They did not leave me with Model, Part or Warranty Information of the Moen Kit.. But hopefully will still receive it. Klaus

Allan is GREAT. I do not know how he stays under the sinks so long. They made a special effort to fit me in their schedule even though it turned out to be a bigger job than i thought. WONDERFUL even if it was a tiny bit expensive.
