From the initial contact with American Weathertechs to install the entire process was handled professionally. Everyone was friendly and explained step-by-step what I could expect when hiring this company for the job. Vito came out and presented the samples and gave an estimate which I accepted that day. He was matter-of-fact in his presentation and I didn't feel I had to make a quick decision. I chose the Preservation window and I'm glad I did. The windows are beautiful. I didn't realize how much they would improve the look of the exterior of my home. Jim and George arrived on time and began work immediately. Both gentlemen were professional and friendly. I was surprised and pleased when, within a very short time, the old windows were removed and the new ones were in place ready for the final steps in the install process. I tried not to hover and watch the process but they worked efficiently and effectively as a team. I had few questions but when I did Jim explained the steps needed to complete the job. It is obvious that this company expects quality from the product to the employees. I appreciate this company and the quality they provide. I hope to make more improvements in the future and I will definitely call American Weathertechs.

Installers arrived on time were very friendly and personable, removed windows and door and installed windows and door, cleaned up and were finished on time demon started now to use windows we were professional.

Brian who measured and oversaw installation was also friendly, timely, and made certain we understood everything. The gentlemen who did the installation worked diligently, were polite, and took care to install carefully & correctly.

This is a wonderful company. The windows are very attractive and the techs that came to install them were on-time and very courteous. The did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. I was having a problem with two of the windows. When I called them, they came right out. It turned out to be something I was doing wrong but they were very kind and told me to call anytime I need them.
