Mr. Sehrier is a very hard worker and he is steady at his work. He does good planning; he plans a lot before he does anything so when he starts the work, it goes right through without stopping. My house is at the side of the hill, so it makes the work all the more difficult. He cleans up after himself. He discusses things with me and takes my suggestions. If I suggest something that does not seem or look right, he will let me know about it and we compromise on it. I had some porch pillars in my house that was rotting at the bottom and everybody told me to cut the whole Victorian trim and put new modern porch pillars in. Mr. Sehrier saw them off at the first joint and told me that it was all solid and the rot had not proceeded up the pillar. He was right about it. He repaired at the lower part and now I have the pillars intact. His price is in line with others.
