+ -1 moreWe discussed what to do about it. A trailer gets VERY hot in the warm weather & he was concerned about our daughter having to try to sleep there that evening. They had a unit being installed somewhere else. He arranged for that unit to be delivered to my daughter's mobile home and also arranged for another unit to be installed elsewhere the next day as he said he knew those people wouldn't mind. He made several phone calls to see if it could be installed that day and it was. The installer arrived when he said he would, completed the paperwork and proceeded to install the unit very efficiently. My daughter was so very happy to get this unit. This is a caring company who went the extra mile for my daughter. I will never hire another heating & cooling company again - Bob's is the one!It should also be noted that adjectives such as friendly, polite, punctual, caring, etc. describe Bob and his installer.
Description of Work: Bob's Heating & Cooling came to the mobile home, looked at the A/C unit which was not functioning, discussed the situation, gave me an estimate and installed a new A/C unit. Bob met me at the mobile home right on time. He inspected the unit. He told me what the problem was.
