They canceled two appointments the day of and tried to reschedule a third until I complained. At that point they showed up late. It took multiple visits to correct a problem that should've been corrected in one visit and they charged for labor on the additional visits when it was their fault the heat was not fixed the first time. After calling to complain about the bill the additional labor charge was not reversed and I was chastised by the receptionist for not taking up my billing concerns with the tech while he was at my house.

This was a very positive experience with Clifton Plumbing. The first time the plumber came out it was pouring rain and the gentleman didn't give it a second thought. He went about his business in the pouring rain to try and resolve the problem for us. We live in a condo association, Pine Crest I, and this situation proved to be quite upsetting to two unit owners. The drain tile was backing up into their garages and flooding the garages. Clifton worked in the rain and had to come back on another day to complete the work. Overall, they did a fine job.
