Everything went remarkably fast. I needed to get my roof repaired, as there was considerable heat and water damage--which was shown through detailed photographs. All the details were carefully explained to me. I was kept up to date via email and texting. The crew arrived promptly, a short time before the supervisor arrived, and immediately began unpacking their materials and tools. They were already underway when the supervisor arrived. They had to pause for a time because of rain, but got right back to work when it cleared. I was sent pictures of the progress during the day via text. I arrived home after dark, and they were busy doing the final cleanup, so I parked in my neighbor's drive. As I walked over, I saw one of the crew carefully restaking one of my crackle ball lightsticks that had been pushed askew. I found that very endearing--such a small detail, yet he made time for it! All of the crew that I saw while walking into the house greeted me with a smile. The roof looks gorgeous! Several days later another crew came and installed my new gutters--the old ones were being held together with duct tape and prayer! I wouldn't have thought of black gutters, but I was shown a virtual image of how they would look, and it was elegant! I am very, very pleased.

Recently had a new shingled roof installed on a 1714 square foot roof i got the green and home genius did an amazing job Mason kept me informed and sent me pictures and updates. They did a fairly decent job cleaning up would def use them again. For people looking for possible price it cost me $16.2k

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with this company! From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. The team was timely, flexible, and made the whole process incredibly easy for me. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right, and I felt completely at ease throughout. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Home Genius Exteriors. The siding crew were skilled craftsmen who were respectful and hard-working. They went above and beyond capping our newly installed windows to give them matching profiles and a watertight finish, installed new light fixtures, and were kind and receptive to addressing minor issues during the final walkthrough. Their project manager Jason Ryan is a dream to work with. He kept us informed at every stage. His attention to detail is why everything turned out so beautifully. He has the difficult job of managing the project and stressed out homeowners (like me) with high expectations. He exceeded all of mine. The level of expertise and attentiveness Jason brought is a true differentiator for him and his company. Everyone I interacted with from Home Genius Exteriors genuinely cared about the success of my project and achieving excellence. So appreciated!! Our home looks like a new house! We love it! 10/10

Our project manager Brandon was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. The roofing crew were AMAZING. They were constantly cleaning up and it made it seem like they were taking care of our property as if it were theirs. Highly recommend!!!!

Quality of work was excellent. When unforseen issues popped up. They were quick to adapt with a reasonable solution. Worked hard to make sure I was happy with the final product. They communicated clearly from beginning to end. Scheduling was a bit inefficient and had to be delayed. Because of either waiting for materials, or a crew to be available. But over all a great contractor to work with.

Home genius talked me through my options and pricing for roof replacement on my house and garage. The pricing was competitive for my local market, I also needed gutters on the garage. The roofing crew was prompt worked efficiently to complete the roof in one day clean the debris and nails while protecting my flowerbeds, which was no small task, the 25 year warranty on product and workmanship was a big selling feature. The gutters were put on about a week later and through the whole process the company kept me informed.

Horrible Experience. My new roof is still leaking. I just had this roof installed 7/30/2024 and waiting for their repair person to come-out again and fix. Meanwhile it is raining and destroying my newly renovated living room.

Minor issues first. Left cigarette butts all over my yard and driveway and used bathroom behind my garage! Then when I go to sign loan it was not the percentage, length and amount initially shown to me by salesman!! The old switch after work has started. Was given 8.99% then they changed it to 12.99% not minor change!! Was for 15 years at @$130/month and changed to 20 years at @$144/month. If I go full length of loan paying triple cost!! Still waiting to see if quality good. Would NEVER recommend, even if quality excellent, just for deceptive loan practices!

When we needed our roof done we had several contractors come out and do a quote. Home Genius was the most thorough in their inspection. The project manager was friendly and stayed in touch through out the process. They went above and beyond to make sure the process was done well, while making it hassle free for us.
