It went well - I guess we will know more when Fall comes and the leaves start blowing on the roof. All Gutters were professional and punctual, and did a thorough job.

All went well. Mr. Thomas Jay called me the next day and came out to my home at my convenience. The next 2 days it rained and the gutters and down spouts functioned perfectly. I am very happy with the work and will hire them again next year for annual cleaning

we moved into a house that we know needed a little TLC. The gutters were not the first thing to come to mind, but we finally got to it after 18 months - probably should have done it way sooner. The gutters were really a mess from the previous owner and us not getting to them since move-in, and they were starting to pull away from the house. Tom did a GREAT job tuning everything up and i had no idea how much they needed a clean and reattachment till i saw the "after". I called him on a monday afternoon, he went out to my property tuesday morning while i was at work, did the job (he does it by hand!), and didn't leave anything behind but well-attached, clean, in good order gutters and downspouts - no one speck of debris was laying around. Considering the amount of work he put in, it was worth the cost. i am sure he saved part of our roof where one gutter was pretty bad.

He's a good guy. He got back to me and actually did the work. I don't remember the actual cost but he was in line with everybody else. I will definitely use him again.

Many small business owners know their industry but not necessarily the customer service aspect. Working with All Gutter was a pleasure - knowledgeable, professional, flexible, responsive. I would hire them again without hesitation.

The price is very reasonable to for my house and what is needed. It went very well. I called them on Friday the 2nd and they were there a couple days later on the 4th to clean the gutters.

Thomas came out and inspected the gutters and even though I had them enclosed in a wire frame he found not 1 but 2 birds nests up there. He talked to me about installing a Leaf Shelter system to keep all the debris out and with both of my neighbors having large trees I decided to have them installed. Description of work: clean gutters and downspouts of debris, tune up gutters and install the leaf shelter gutter system. The system is installed over your existing gutters. The Leaf Shelter has a 10 year warranty and no clogging guarantee.

Owner ( Thomas) returned my call on a Saturday within a few hours and said his son Jason would call me in afternoon re: estimate. Jason called me, arranged to meet at my house for estimate, said he was available to do job then if I wanted it. We agreed on a price, he completed the work and it was done. Jason was calm, easy going, answered my questions and I have not noticed any debris left behind.

These guys are the best. Sent a text message to them Sunday and not only did they call me early the next morning but they were literally at my house 2 hours later working. Phenomenal turnaround and first class customer care.

I've used this company two years in a row. First year they cleaned the gutters and also repaired some areas of the gutter that were pulling away from the house. I bought my house three years ago and the first company I used claimed to have done the job, but after having All Gutter Cleaning out found out the gutters hadn't been cleaned in years with how much debris was found. I've never had a problem and the owner is very friendly and flexible with scheduling and payments. I will continue using them each year.

Ice dams had formed over the front door and garage the last timed it snowed. This could be a dangerous situation. I urgently needed my gutters cleaned. Since the weather was going to be in the upper 40's for the next 4 days, I called All Gutter Cleaning And Leaf Shelter and left a message. Thomas returned my call the same day to arrange an estimate. He was very pleasant. Anthony called me the following day and said he was in the area and asked if he could stop by to give me an estimate. I was given an estimate and Anthony and his helper Joe had the gutters and downspouts cleaned within 35 minutes along with some minor repairs. Some debris had fallen on the driveway from the gutter cleaning and they even cleared the driveway of the debris. Anthony and Joe were very nice and helpful. Anthony answered my questions and even gave me some advice about my gutters. I will definitely call this company again.

Jason and his dad are very professional, Jason came out the day after I called to give me an estimate. I had several estimates from other companies but we choose to go with All Gutter because of the quality of their product and their guarantee that they offer. They were able to install them the same week and we are very happy with the quality of work. We will most likely have leaf guards installed on the front next fall.

We had a mix up regarding whose house was being cleaned? I called about my sons house as I was having all the work performed as a gift and they thought it was my house, which added some confusion to what house was being cleaned. When the appointment was being made I told the company I would call to set the schedule and apparently their was a mix-up, because I received a call stating they were attempting to find the correct house to clean that day and could not find it. I was confused because I was not aware they were going to perform the gutter cleaning that day (which was rainy and stormy), but they said they could perform the cleaning and they were going back to finish the job after I clarified the correct house to be cleaned. My only draw back was I wanted to be there when they performed the services and I could not because they were already beginning the cleaning services. So I had to trust that they would preform what we agreed upon. It seems they performed the agreed upon gutter cleaning services as discussed along with some additional work I requested.

He was great! He got everything done right away and charged a fair price. I have used him since to handle a separate gutter issue and was pleased with how fast he was able to come out and do the job.
