His work cleaning the gutters and the valleys of the roof was excellent. While he was at the job he asked my wife if he could power wash the sidewalk and the patio. She said no to the patio since we are having it replaced. He did not quote her a price for doing the sidewalk. She forgot that we have a power washer and I just cleaned the sidewalk late last fall. When he finished the job and requested a check, and he added $150 for power washing approximately 70 feet. I thought that was high since he already was there with his power washer and it was already hooked up. I called him the same night to complain because I did not like the fact that he added additional work without a quote and I thought the price was high. I left a message on his answering machine and he did not return the call. I was going to use him to clean our windows but will not use him now.

We are on his regular list. He just comes out and cleans the gutters. He knew our gutters were full and he got to our house before the big storm came. He is great and comes in the spring and fall. I like that I do not have to call him or supervise him. We were not home when he came, left us a note, and then came back and checked them.

They did a very good job. They have good quality work and very friendly. Prices are average.

He's responsive to my request to do it sooner rather than later. He'll switch his schedule around to get there sooner. He's enthusiastic and does a good job when he gets here. He's easy to deal with.

All went well. Joe had 1 helper with him and completed the job in a little over an hour. He is very knowledgeable and gives good advice on ways to prevent issues with your gutters in the future. He is friendly and hard-working, and because of this he has developed a successful company. The price was a bit higher than the last time, but understandable considering we have a few gutters that are difficult to reach and clean.

We noticed that the gutter on the North side of the house were overfloging after the last heavy rain. Since this gutter is some 25 feet off the ground, we elected to have a professional do the work rather than attempt to climb the ladder ourselves, since no matter the cost, it is cheaper than a new hip from a ladder fall. (I'm 76 years old.) We assumed the downspout was clogged with leaves and maple seeds, since the neighbor's Maple tree is but 10 feet from this side of the house. After Joseph performed his "magic, I was amazed to see his collection bucket filled with fine sand, roofing fragments, and various other matter. Since we had a new roof put on two years ago, it rapidly became apparent to me that those roofer used little or no care when they removed the old roof, and thus left us surprise "token" in the downspouts to remember them by! Mr. Brimmer was professional, rapid, efficient, very thorough, as well as economical. We were shown the residue of his work, and never would have guessed that this was the problem. We will surely look forward to seeing him again for our new semi-annual cleaning of the eves.

The service was very good except for one set of windows. They were two guys, one of them was excellent and the other guy who worked under him was not that good. The price was excellent.

The quality of the work was excellent. He seemed a bit disorganized though.

It went very well. He promptly returned my call, gave me an estimate over the phone and completed the work the same day. He gave me additional information regarding how to properly maintain my gutters. I was out of town the entire time, and it was all taken care of quickly and easily.

We needed to have gutters cleaned but in addition, old ineffective gutter guards had to be removed. It increased our cost a bit but was well worth it. He was punctual and professional. I had such a good impression I hired him to do some other work the next week.

Joseph was great! I called him this morning and left him a voice message. He called me back in less than 30 minutes and was able to come within an hour to clean my gutters. The price was very reasonable, great quality and professionalism. His responsiveness and punctuality was exceptional! We will definitely be calling him in the future to wash our windows and clean our gutters.

Joseph came on the 7th of August and gave us an estimate of 140 dollars to clean our gutters and had an opening the next day. He showed up promptly at the time we set and performed the work we hired him to do for us. He is young and ambitious and eager to work. He 'borrowed' my hose from behind the house, which surprised me to see the hose box and all on my front porch, since I had no idea he moved it, but was very thorough and quick. I happened to be working in the yard and had him tell me his whole life story as he worked, but I have found over the years that younger people tend to share a lot with 'more experienced' people such as myself. Would highly recommend his services.

I regularly use JB to clean my gutters. This time he power washed my awnings. I was very happy with the results and will continue to use this service when needed. He is very dedicated to the job at hand and I believe he would do a superior job for anything he does. Hope to see him again after all the leaves fall.

Took a little longer to get him to come out, but he did a great job and put us on his list to clean gutters in the fall. Very nice hard working young man.

Joseph cleaned the gutters on my 2-story home and 1 car garage. He was very friendly when I spoke with him on the phone and kept his promise as to the approximate date he could be there. He was very thorough and cleaned up all the debris. He mentioned a few repairs that would need to be made in the future (one due MY faulty attempt at gutter repair) and we made arrangements for him to come back in the spring after the Maple tree has shed its seeds.

He did an excellent job and did an excellent cleanup afterwards. We were delighted with his work. He does excellent work. He charges $50 an hour. We do not know what the going rate is for windows and gutters, but his prices were competitive. We would rate him highly and would use him again in the future.
