Everything went perfect and very professional and its makes a basement even look awesome.

Their work was excellent. The sales person came at 2:00 on Thursday Dec. 29 and sold us on the products and service. They had another project cancel and re-directed to our project with one person there the next morning. Had a minor issue with the 1st worker not plugging in the freezer when finished. We also expected more people to show up Saturday 12/31 (New Year's Eve), but they did not get enough crew to volunteer. One person came Monday, some more on Tuesday, then a full crew on Wed. to finish the digging and other work. They will be back later to seal cracks in the concrete floor which were under the furniture when they were there. Very impressed with the quality and follow-up to ensure we were satisfied.

We would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing to anyone who has a basement. Their system completely dried up our basement so we can use it like any other room in the house. They stand by their warranty. We had a sump pump go out and they were here the next day to replace it. We even installed the system in our rental house.

I strolled by Everdry at a home show and was approached by a nice older gentleman and he asked me if I owned a home and wanted a free foundation inspection. I was a little skeptical but once we started talking he made me think twice about my foundation and how important it really is. I moved into my house in October and I knew I had a leak in my crawlspace but didn't want to spend the money to fix it. So I decided to have Everdry come out and inspect it and they told me it was a pipe leak and everything else looked good and I should call a plumber. The sales rep informed me about the Ez Breathe and what it would do for my crawlspace. I decided to buy one to keep my moisture levels down. I am very happy and will recommend Everdry to everyone.

I recently purchased a home that had been waterproofed by Everdry. This was a big selling point for me. I contacted Everdry after I had purchased the home to inquire about the work that was done. The customer service rep was extremely friendly and helpful, she offered to have a service tech come out and inspect the system and explain everything to me. The service tech arrived on time and was very proffesional. I had many questions and he took his time to explain everything.

These guys removed decades of "stuff" from crawlspace and dug around house in MINUS 5-10 degree temperatures last January. The price was discounted and still high but was very reasonable for the project they completed. This foundation was in bad shape and the house is only as strong as its weakest point.

It didn't go well at all. They were supposed to put 4 straps in the basement to keep it from buckling. they changed this to 2 without telling me. They also left a mess, didn't clean up after themselves.

The salesman did a free inspection. They scheduled the job about 2 weeks out. They worked on my foundation for about 3 days. Cleaned up and left. Good guys. Good company.

They came out when we had a bad rain fall. Saw what was going on and made it stop. The thing I really liked was how professional and considerate the crew was. They told me what they were going to be doing. They kept me informed about how long everything was going to be. And when they were all done, they asked me if I was happy before they left. They made sure that they cleaned up behind them. The crew was really the best part of the whole experience. But I would also have to say that having a dry basement and not having to worry every time it rains is really great! Thank you Everdry!

It went very well. We had a minor issue when the work was being done, but Everdry rapidly stepped in to make sure the issue was rectified. We have had a dry basement for over 9 years now. We listen to friends and family bemoan the damaged belongings and cost of clean-up from water in their basement. We have no worries. We would highly recommend others to use Everdry. They stand behind their services and work very hard to make sure the customer is fully satisfied.

Hand shoveled to about 4 feet deep around perimeter of house excluding the outside walls of the attached garage. Filled with sealing agent and covered over with excavated soil. Removed 2 old sump pumps from crawlspace and the attached hoses. Replaced with commercial grade sump pump and all necessary hoses + connections..

We had a little more dust than we expected but all in all we were happy with the finished project. We now have a damp free basement. Workers were really great and very hard at working.

They are a little pricy but they did the job very well. I had a little problem a year after and they came like in two days and fixed the problem. I will use them again.

WE HAD AN EXTREMELY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH EVERDRY, FROM THE FOREMAN TO THE WORKERS THAT WERE AT OUR HOUSE. THEY DISPLAYED PROFESSIONALISM AND WERE VERY THOUGHTFUL TO WHAT WE NEEDED DONE TO FIX OUR FOUNDATION. THEY STARTED THE PROJECT ON TIME AND STAYED AT OUR HOUSE CONTINUOUSLY UNTIL THE PROJECT WAS COMPLETE. WHEN EVER WE HAD A QUESTION THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN AND HOW THE WORK WOULD BE PERFORMED. PRIOR TO DOING WORK IN THE HOUSE THEY WOULD LAY DOWN TARPS AND COVER OUR FLOORS AND STEPS TO CATCH ANY DIRT AND DEBRIS THAT THEY WERE REMOVING FROM OUR FOUNDATION. AT THE END OF THE WORK DAY THEY WOULD CLEAN UP ANY DIRT THAT MAY HAVE FALLEN INTO THE FLOORING OR ON THE TARPS. I WISHED THAT I COULD REMEMBER ALL THE WORKERS NAMES, BECAUSE EACH ONE OF THEM SHOULD BE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR GOOD CHARACTER AND PROFESSIONALISM.

We bought a house with everdry already done we were informed that the basement was wet a lot of times before the waterproofing was done. We have been living in our home for almost six months and have yet to have a problem with any kind of water getting in and has been completely dry.

They were planning to do work on my house that I didn't need done and when I decided to leave the contract, they threatened me. It was horrible!
