GREAT im so glad we had our basement check out!

We are very pleased with the work recently completed at our home by EverDry Toledo. From my initial contact with Janet (she was kind, friendly, and made setting up an appointment that worked with our schedule a breeze), to our free inspection and estimate with Guy (very knowledgeable and professional) to the crew (Devon and Mike and the rest were all personable, efficient, and took extra care to minimize the mess), the job was completed quickly. We're confident our moisture issues are a thing of the past!

Employee showed up on time and kept things moving along. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a lot of information, and he didn't try to pressure us in to buying anything. He even left the pictures so I can file a claim under my home warranty. T. O. Bellevue, OH

We inherited a waterproofing basement warranty when we bought our home. We have never had an issue with water in our basement but, it's comforting to know we are covered if we ever do.

We have had Everdry since we finished our basement about 17 years ago. It has been wonderful. We have had them inspect a few times but everything has remained dry the yearly warranty is very reasonable. Thanks for a wonderful service.

Our crawl space always flooded when it rained. Everdry sealed the foundation. After their work the crawl space has been dry. The technicians were very professional and knowledgeable about their work.

Awful! There have been SO many things gone wrong since the initial start date. Anything from start date changing, to people's incompetence( that the other guys apologies for), only have 1 guy on the job 90% of the time, and last but not least, we have no idea when the job will be done since they aren't starting until noon today and my husband and I can't afford to take any more days off. Very disappointed in this company especially for how much we are putting into this.

So far I have only had an inspection done. They were very informative. Showed me a video of how they would waterproof my basement. And how they are the only ones who have a patent to waterproof the walls, footers, and floor. PN Toledo OH

Some people were punctual and some were late. They did not honor what is advertised on your site. Angies list Left the crawl space a mess. Had me sign completion papers before the work was done. They show you figures to make the contract price look good. Square Foot Not Linear Foot. Still waiting for paper work for some of the units installed. One unit was not plugged in to power. MAKE SURE YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOU INITIAL!!!! More pictures available.

Had many difficulties. Still have puddles that appear occassionaly after a severe downpour or winter thaw. EverDry comes out immediately and evaluates and repairs. My basement is very difficult.

No actual work was done; however, the professionalism of Janet was impressive!

they gave me a short date which means I had to get the basement ready quickly and then on the start date only 1 man showed up. The next day no one showed up. The plans of how things were to be done were changed daily. Only the foreman Jose and his crew were the best part of the job. Very professional and wanted to do the work exactly right.
