 + -1 moreI live in a rural area outside of Toldeo. Called ASAP after contacting a number of local plumbers to see what the problem was. None could assist me as they were backed up with other work. So was ASAP but they stated they would call me back later that day to see if they could get someone out to me. Less than an hour later they called me back to say that they would send someone out in the afternoon. Roger called me again saying that he had one job in front of me and would call me back when he was on his way to my home. A couple of hours later Roger again called to say he was on the way and would be here shortly. Once they arrived, they immediately assessed the situation (broken water meter), and advised me that there was nothing that they could do, but did advise me on what had to be done. They did shut off my water supply, (which I asked them to do), and spoke with the property manager when I them, advising them of the situation. Roger gave me a break on the service call charge which I greatly appreciated. Thoughout this entire process, Roger and the ASAP staff kept in constant contact, and were one of the most pleasurable and professional organizations I've had the pleasure to deal with. As long as they are willing to drive to my home, I'll will gladly use them again.

 + -1 moreWe had a great experience! After a few quotes from other companies, we were recommended by a friend to contact ASAP. Eric came out to check out our situation, and as a female homeowner, he was the first plumber to talk to me respectfully. I was completely comfortable with him, and he was extremely knowledgeable about different options we could choose. He didn't talk down to me, and was able to educate me on the options in a very professional manner. I work with contractors on a daily basis for my career, and ASAP's employees all impressed me with their demeanor. The actual work was executed professionally and the crew was courteous. Eric and his crew worked well with us and kept us in the loop during the entire process. We hit some snags (don't you always with old houses!?) and he was quick to come up with solutions and work with the city to make sure everything was done properly. Everything was done to our satisfaction. While I rated the cost a B, as we had a couple of plumbers close but under ASAP's estimate, we chose ASAP because it was the company that gave us the most thorough explanation of the project plan, itemized all the costs for us when asked, and gave us the most prompt customer service. He even called to follow-up on his estimate (unlike other companies), which made us feel like they actually WANTED our job. After working in the home improvement industry myself for 7 years in windows and doors, I know you get what you pay for. And I DEFINITELY feel like we got 100% of the value of our investment. Very highly recommended!

 + 0 moreGreat! They cleared the initial blockage. I mentioned another problem we were having with our toilet. They checked it out, found 4 feet of roots in there too! Cleaned them out, then re-cleared the entire sewer line again. They were prompt and courteous. We will definitely use them again.

 + 0 moreLong story short...Roger and Kyle and ASAP Plumbing are our plumbers! They are the epitome of professional and their work is THE BEST! They take such pride in their work and do it right the first time! The water flow in our house has improved ten fold, just as they said it would. And the water heater installation was definitely challenging because of the configuration and limitations of the house. They pulled a permit and did everything absolutely perfect! They also cleaned everything up and left the work area spotless! Thank you to Liz, Roger and Kyle! Can't sing your praises enough! Ya'll ROCK!!!!
Description of Work: Moved into our new house on 9/12/16. I had a home inspection done during the purchase process and was told that because the house was built in 1930, it had galvanized water pipes. Was also told the water heater was 27 years old and needed to be replaced. But I also needed to have the gas line inspected because we bought new laundry machines and needed to have it checked prior to delivery of machines. I called ASAP on the day we moved to have a gas line checked prior to delivery of new laundry machines. Liz was able to fit me in the schedule right away, the next day, 9/13. That night, the first night we stayed there, I noticed no cold water in a bathroom sink. Roger called me about 30 minutes before appointment time to let me know they were on their way. When Roger and Kyle came to check out gas line on Tues, they did a whole house plumbing inspection. Even though I had the house inspected during the buying process, I felt it was good to have plumbing inspected by experts. They determined we needed new water valves in the laundry room and also a new valve in the bathroom with no cold water. Also, the water meter was leaking and needed to be replaced. They told me exactly what to do to get the City of Toledo out to the house to have meter replaced. Roger and Kyle told me they'd make our job the first job the next day, 9/14, and would be there by 9am. They showed up exactly at 9 with the courtesy call prior to coming. I told them at that time that I'd also like to have water heater replaced. So, they re-arranged their schedule, left and got all their needed materials, came back and spent the rest of the day doing everything. I also am having them do the gas dryer installation when the laundry machines are delivered tomorrow, 9/20.

 + 0 moreI called on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to show up less than 4 hours after I called. Rob and Tony called when they were on their way to my home. Showed up when they said they would and were very polite. It took them maybe 10 min to unclog my drain and Rob confirmed what he did and found once he was finished. He showed me the drain was working just fine and put everything back, leaving no mess or evidence he was there. All in all, happy on their response and service.

 + -1 moreThey came out to clean our lines inside the house and went outside to clean our sewer lines there. They spent 10 minutes outside "cleaning" the outside sewer line, which they could not have done in ten minutes. The work was not done properly the first time so they came out the second time and charged me $125.00 to "clean" the main outside line. Again that work was not done properly so they came out a 3rd time to do the work for free because it fell within the 30 day warranty and now its still not fixed so I had to pay another provider to come re-do the work at full cost because they ripped me off and never did the work right the first, second, & third time they came out.

Description of Work: Our drain was backing up in basement and they did a clean up. After all services were performed I asked them about an outside clean out and the cost. He gave me an estimate and was extremely knowledgeable about it. No pressure about starting anything new.

They completed the job and left no messes, and gave me a discount card for future services. Upon leaving, shook my hand and thanked me for the business. I definitely would us ASAP again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

 + -1 moreI was doing work in my flower bed late Saturday afternoon on Father's Day weekend with an evening appointment. When I attempted to turn the water off, the faucet failed to do so. The result was that I had to turn the water off for the entire house. I went on Angie's list, made contact with ASAP who promised to purchase the parts and arrive within a hour and a half. They arrived promptly and completed their work within 30 minutes and also installed a knob so that the water can be turned off from within the house for the winter. In an "emergency situation" on a difficult weekend, I was delighted to have Kyle and Cody resolve the matter so promptly and with quality work.

 + -1 moreI called in the morning & they came a short time later (calling to let me know they were on their way). When I told them the symptoms. they took a look & diagnosed the problems right away. They went to get a new toilet & were back in no time. They installed the toilet, then repaired the stopper & faucet in the water basin, & also snaked the kitchen drain. All was done efficiently very quickly. I couldn't believe how fast they were done. I am very well pleased with the quality of the job & also the very fair price. The two man team was polite & very knowledgeable. I am completely satisfied & would certainly call them again should I need any other plumbing job done.

 + -1 moreThis was a big deal purchase. I was really not satisfied with them. They had to come back out and redo a situation. Plus they didn't have any parts on the truck. They had to turn around and go get parts; they didn't even have just simple things for plumbing on the truck. Then I was charged for them going -- their travel time. I was charged $125 per hour. They had to go back and get parts twice -- the first time they were 50 minutes and the second time they were 45 minutes. I was not satisfied. I got estimates before and I told them their price was almost twice that of another estimate I got. I kept on watching them, watching them and watching them. Then I called the place and asked it I was going to have to pay for their travel time because all they needed to do was shut off valves in the back. They told me I had to pay for the travel time and that they were paid by the hour, which was $125 an hour. My price ended up being about the same price as my lower estimate. The second time they came back they were very nice. The only reason is that the faucet was almost falling off. They came out and fixed it within an hour. It is much better now but it should have been done the first time they came out. They were not professional at all.
Description of Work: They installed a faucet for the shower. I already had that for them, they just had to put it in. They also had to do some new lines in the back for the shower because it was all copper and they put real hard plastic in the back of it.

 + 0 moreI found ASAP on Angie's List when I was staying with my 91 year old mom in Perrysburg who had fallen and cracked her pelvis. Her toilets all started overflowing and I was desperate. ASAP was the ONLY plumbing company I contacted who would send somebody out that same day. They sent Stan and Kyle who showed an amazing commitment to troubleshooting a very strange old plumbing pipe system. They drew a picture of the problem and worked out three possible solutions. They were totally committed to fixing the problem with the least amount of cost to my mom. It was amazing to listen to the two of them brainstorm solutions and work together to fix a vexing problem. We will recommend ASAP, and especially Stan and Kyle to anybody who needs quick service and amazing solutions to plumbing problems.

My condo was built with half the water pressure normal to a single family residence. I thought the problem was with the feed from the street, but I was wrong and Stan and Kyle figured it out, removed some line apparatus interfering with the water flow, and now I have water pressure unlike anything before. I am recommending the other units in my condo association have them out to perform the same service.

The kitchen faucet was a real problem to take apart (one of the reasons we called a plumber), but he persevered and managed to get it apart without destroying it (or swearing). We have been getting bigger water bills and had them check all our plumbing for potential leaks. They also made adjustments to both toilets to lower the level in the tanks, so there would not be any water loss. They were friendly and professional, and respected our home. They listened to our concerns and were very thorough. And they were very reasonably priced! We will definitely be calling them the next time we need a plumber!
Description of Work: repaired kitchen faucet using warranty replacement parts we provided, checked all plumbing in crawl space for leaks, made adjustment to 2 toilets to prevent water loss.
