I called ASAP. The office was pleasant and helpful, and the plumber called me back promptly and made an appointment for after I finished work that same day. The plumber was prompt, courteous and professional, and did not criticize me for trying DIY. He diagnosed and cured the problem. With my 15% off coupon from Angie's list, the total bill was $110.50, which I thought was very reasonable for the promptness and quality of service, especially since they were willing to work around my schedule.

Fine, it must have been the first time the technician experienced the coupon as he had to call in to see how to write it up, but the work was done well.

ASAP came into our home within hours, fixed the drains and replaced the disposal. They were professional, clean, courteous and completed the work in a timely manner.

There was a scheduling mix up that caused us a delay in getting service. Once at the house, they were quick and professional with the repair work. Pushed to finish the job quickly and receive payment. In the rush, I neglected to get a coupon discount that had been previously discussed.

Great! Responded to my call quickly and went out of their way to replace the water heater in a Saturday instead of making us wait until Monday. Lifesaver!

Quick, were here within hours of calling. Found wet wipes clogging line, had a talk with 5 yo about flushing them in toilet.

Every once in awhile, professionalism and craftsmanship rises to a level worth commentary and appreciation. Such is the case here. The work was done, the mess was cleaned up near perfectly, and all drains, faucets, and sinks are in perfect working order. This is the sort of quality you can expect from Dwayne, Eric and the folks at ASAP. I will be using them again.

My call was answered immediately on day 1 & a serviceman came promptly. It took 2 days according to the first serviceman to open the drain. He used a cable through the pipes under the sink unsuccessfully day 1 as gunk splattered the surrounding area under the sink. Two men came the 2nd day & the drain was opened in 10 minutes through the sink with a hand held electric cable. They questioned why it was not able to be opened the first trip. The men were all very polite. Also I found a coupon on Angie's List for 15% off drain cleaning which I mentioned. This was honored on the charge of $175. However, I also then noticed it had the advertisement on Angie's List to do a one time residential drain cleaning for $85 which was 10% off of the charge of $95. This was not a coupon but an offer. Be sure to read carefully as you can easily miss the difference. Also mention it when calling. I felt overcharged especially after having waited an extra day & considering the other offer on Angie's List.

Stan and Kyle arrived within allotted time, were kind and professional and quickly found the spot where the leak was. So relieved it was an easy fix!

They sent a plumber out within a half hour. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the line cleared out in minutes.

Had an emergency massive leak in our small crawl space on a Sunday. Kyle and Cody came out to repair the leak. Very professional and courteous and will definitely do business with them in the future. Since it was a Sunday I was expecting a higher price but was pleasantly surprised at the bill. It was well worth me not having to belly crawl through the crawl space.

My brother had already removed part of the drywall in the bathroom to investigate why water was waterfalling into my basement. He discovered the rusted out pipe (4 ft.) which he did not want to mess with as there was not much room btw the kitchen sink drain pipe and the main cast iron sewer pipe to connect new PVC pipe. Also all the water lines to the kitchen, bathroom and toliet were right there and they were all going thru 2x6 in. studs. They gave me an estimate of $475 and said they could come and fix it in 2 days and it would take 2-3 hrs. They called me two days later and were there in 20 mins. He did nick a water line while cutting the rusted pipe but I shut of the main water supply within seconds so no harm done. He not only fixed and replaced old galvanized sewer pipe but reconfigured the line from the kitchen so it did not drain so close the bathroom drain to prevent future backups and of course the nicked water line. Very polite and professional and cleaned up after he was done including an old galvanized pipe he found laying inside the wall.

I had a a company that i had used before come out to clear a clog. After an hour i was told that i hqd a collapsed sewer line. I decided to find a company that could put a camera done the drain to assess the situation and found A. S. A. P. They came on time and said they would have to clear the line in order to use the camera. Less than 30 minutes later, the line was open completely and i was relieved that i didn't face replacement of the line. I will definitely call this company again.

The response time was great. They were out within 20 minutes on a Sunday. However once they got there it went down hill fast. They quoted me $150 to snake out the line. I was charged $175. They were there less than an hour. They got my toilet to flush once and called it a day. It hasn't flushed since. I was told as they left that they warranty nothing and that if they had to come back out it would be at full charge again. I was told I have black sludge in my lines. I was not explained what that mean or how to fix it. They just packed up and left. I will not be using their service again.

Good. Great speed at resolving a miserable issue by Kyle,Roger,Eric and crew!! Less cost would always be welcome.
