 + -1 moreThe two technicians (Chad and Doug) showed up when scheduled and were polite and professional. They answered any questions that I had and explained everything to me. We were told the job would take two days and it only took a day and a half. They did a great job and left the work area a little cleaner than it was when they started. We could not be happier with the job that was done. Will be using them for regular maintanence checks, too.

 + -1 moreThe gentleman showed up on time. Was very porfessional. Checked out the system & said all was in good working order. He explained what I was paying for and answered all my questions clearly. I will see them again in the fall to "tune-up" my furnace as well.
Description of Work: Needed to have AC checked out. It was put in several (more then 5yrs) ago & nothing has been done to/with it. There were no problems with it, just thought it could use a "tune-up".

 + -1 moreThis was the only HVAC company in Springfield that was pleasant on the phone and bothered to get back to me and did a follow up courtesy call to make sure I was happy ! I called 6 companies in Springfield, but the minute I said fuel oil & I had the parts they either said they would have to get back with me & didn't or gave me some rediculous price. Delong gave me a price of $98 but said she would check and get back with me. Called back next morning and left me a message of $88.00. In the meantime I had found a $20.00 off coupon but was told I could not use it because trip charge had been waived. To drive 6 miles? That was probably my only complaint and nobody in Springfield would give a discount because I already had the new parts. But at least someone in Springfield was willing to do service. Delong lives up to their rating on Angie's List and will recommend them highly.
Description of Work: Fall furnace tune up for winter on newer oil burner. Completed work in about 1/2 hour, explained things to me and their guarantee policy. Very professional & courtious. Have my business from now on !
