There wasn't a cost to it since we purchased an air conditioner in the summer. It was a freebie that he put on there. They came when they said they were coming. They cleaned up after themselves. They did not drop anything back into the house. They did the work in less than half of an hour. We use them all the time.

Technician arrived on time and was good about explaining what he did. Work was done neatly & efficiently.

Gabe came within two hours of our initial call. He was punctual, thorough, and explained everything he did and found. He could have told us we needed a new heat pump, and we'd have believed him, but he was able to fix the problem easily and did not try to deceive us. He also gave us valuable advice regarding our entire system, and for $95. we got a one-year warranty on the heat pump. We are very impressed with his professional knowledge and quality of service. We feel confident that our system will continue to work for some time to come. WE WANT TO NOMINATE THIS COMPANY FOR THE EXTRA SPECIAL SERVICE AWARD (PAGE OF HAPPINESS???), BUT I DON'T SEE THAT OPTION ANYWHERE HERE. The process was completed in two weeks and some minor adjustments the next week and we were up and running. I would recommend them to anyone. This was a huge job, i talked to 3 contractors and Delong was by far the most professional and responsive to my questions. I started the process a year ago and asked a lot of questions and Ted and his crew were willing to answer all of them so that i knew what i was getting into. I am appreciative of the level of integrity and trust they displayed throughout the process, they basically lived at my house for 2 weeks. First Week: - remove old furnaces - remove old air conditioners - remove drain lines etc - rewire electric for the furnaces - install new exhaust - alot of prep work i cannot list Second Week: - install new geo's - install new furnaces (backup propane) - retrofit duct work on the units to connect to my existing duct work - install the ground loop in the yard (i went with trench vs directional boring for two reasons, cost and i have the space to dig it in. - connect loop to the geothermal untis - fill the geo system with fluid and test for leaks and remove air from lines - start them up and make sure everything is running fine. Third Week: - units shut off a few times so it needed adjustments so they sent a tech out the next morning and corrected the programming - made another trip out to adjust the settings - after a week of running did a final inspection and finished I am surprised after all the work that as needed to retrofit a system like this in an old farmhouse they only had to make 2 service calls to get it tuned in, the calls were free as part if the install and i was impressed it only took two they really know what they are doing.

Ted gave us an estimate. We compared. He wasn't the cheapest, although it was close. Within two weeks the work was done. There was a problem after they left. I called and they immediately returned and corrected the problem. After a couple of follow up calls, I asked if they could stop by and try to make the system a little quieter. They came out that day and did what they could.

They worked out right. I like those guys.

Appointment was at 3:00, office called & sad was running 10-15 min late. 1st time anyone called & said be 15 min late. Everything about DeLong is A+. Had a great time talking to Don about being a Chevy & Nascar fan. All A/C & heating work will go to DeLong in future.

Resonable price and has annual service contracts that sace money as well. He has also unstalled an air conditioner system previously in our house that is very efficient.

They installed a new furnace for my rental property, and did a very good job.

They promptly made a service call and told me all I needed were new batteries in my thermostat. Had they not been such honest professionals they could have charged me for something outrageous and I would not have known otherwise. The two men were very courteous and friendly. I even asked them to give me an estimate for a new furnace and air conditioner. They were happy to do that even though I told them I was hoping to not have to replace them any time soon. When I need service or new HVAC I definitely will be using DeLong Air.

We use DeLong as our heating service all the time. They installed a new boiler and did an annual check of the equipment. (We purchased a service contract- which is very reasonable.) Overall, we have been very satisfied with their service.

I called DeLong's on a Friday evening at approximately 9:15. I immediately received a call back and a service man was here within a half hour. He was such a nice man with great knowledge of geothermal. He replaced the molon and we had heat within 2.5 hours. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

They are very dependable. they show up when expected or call if there's going to be a delay. They know what they're going and do it great.

I feel they sold us a unit that was overkill for the size of the addition. The unit was big and hung on the wall directly in front of the entrance to the room. We were told sfter the fact that they were unable to locate it anywhere else. We were going to have to install baseboard heating for some rooms. The unit they sold us was non returnable if we were not satisfied.

Serviceman arrived on time, performed the check-up service and reviewed the work completed. He also gave me an overall picture of the well-being of my HVAC system.

It went very well. I have recommended him to several people.

Arrived when they said did a great job cleaned up when they left very professional.

Installers were very professional. Work all to specifications. We are completely pleased.
