Description of Work: Provider inspected air conditioner found it was frozen up. Learning of the repair history informed us that it wasn't worth recharging ($400+)as there is a leak somewhere in the system. We opted to not fix it. Repairman was very helpful and informative.

Description of Work: Water lines had air in them; they were bled and the problem was corrected. |We have never had a problem with DELONG AIR. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. Gabe is usually the technician who comes and he is great!

Description of Work: Coldest night of the year so far...furnace went off. DeLong was the only one who promised to be there within 2 hours...others were 4hr to "I don't know". Was here approximately 45 minutes and fixed the furnace...still working just fine. Charge to come to home was less than a couple of the others, too.

Description of Work: We had a new furnace and central air installed. They were the first business we had dealt with in a long time that actually done what they promised to do. Their employees are very considerate, on time and clean up any mess they make. It is a great company and would highly recommend them to everyone.
