We called Nature's Beauty Tree Service with our emergency, and within half an hour, Seth was here to inspect the situation. Less than an hour later, a team of 8 or 9 showed up with an enormous crane and all of the equipment they needed to make everything happen immediately. I kid you not- a 150' oak tree and a 50' spruce tree were completely gone in less than two hours. And it was **** cold out-- in the 20's with a fresh snowfall. As a new homeowner, I didn't feel prepared to deal with this disaster. Seth communicated clearly, and even gave me some advice on how to deal with some of the other issues we will surely encounter. His team was compassionate and polite. When the stress level is literally "through the roof," all we can wish for is that the cleanup will be painless. This was the case on Tuesday. I am actually smiling right now because even though we have some big repairs to make, I am happy to be writing this review. It's not often you have this kind of experience with a contractor. Thanks so much for a delightful experience in a moment of misery!

Due to Cleveland weather we were delayed, but Nature’s Beauty Tree Service was always in communication with me on when they would get out. I was told the jobs would take two days. After the two days of work they cleaned up very well and my fiancée and I were beyond pleased with the job they had completed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is needing trees to be removed.

We had a huge tree that split in half and it was coming down. I could see the crack getting bigger and bigger, it was coming down. If it fell, it would take all of our utility wires and our garage and cars. The other half would fall on our neighbors house. I called NB, they had done work for us before. They came out on a Sunday night with only an hour of light left. They took the tree down before it fell. It was expensive but for an emergency on a Sunday night with a tree that overhung two houses and many wires , it was fair. The lesson learned is that we should have taken the tree down earlier so we didn't have to pay emergency fees. Very grateful to NB for coming out when they did and doing such a good job.

This is my second time using Nature's Beauty Tree Service. The first time they did such an excellent job trimming a tree that caused damage to my home and a neighbors home, that I hired them to do a second job. They left no debris behind. This last wind storm cause a tree to lift up out the ground and push the concrete on the sidewalk up with it. Not only did they remove the tree but they also put the concrete back on the sidewalk. They have a customer for life. Thank you Seth and all your hard working guys.

The work was done extremely professionally. The gentleman who did the actual pruning is a real artist. Working from a cherry picker bucket, he carefully pruned all three trees, removing any dead wood and making the canopies lighter. The trees look lovely. The workers cleaned up the debris and left te property tidy. We will use Nature's Beauty again when the trees need more care.

Outstanding work performed. I was very nervous due to large trees so close to my home, but when I saw Seth's crew arrive that morning with all the proper equipment such as cranes, wood chippers, stump grinders and at least 30 crew members, that I was going to be in good hands. This was a very large project with 11 large trees to remove and to have minimal damage to any landscaping or driveway was a feat in itself. If you want a reliable, professional, trustworthy company choose Seth and his crew.

Natures beauty tree total tree service is AWESOME. The owner Seth couldn't get to me quickly but when he did his work was far better than I expected. They removed all debis and actually did more than agreed. On a scale of 1 to 10 my wife and I give his company a 15 !!! I will defeintly hire this company again and he can use our contact info for a personal reference. JOB WELL DONE !!!

Nature’s Beauty did a great job trimming the trees in my yard. They successfully removed a large limb that hanged over my house and pruned the trees in my backyard - my backyard used to look dark and depressing but it’s now brighter and more inviting. Seth was very professional and his team did wonderful work for a very reasonable price. He was also responsive both when I initially contacted him for an estimate and when I had questions after receiving the estimate. I would highly recommend Nature’s Beauty.

Natures Beauty tree Service arrived on time as scheduled. They did what I needed them to do which was cut down an old tree that could have possible fallen on my home if it wasn't removed. Not only did they get the job done in a timely manner, they were efficient and neat. My front yard looks so much better now that the old tree has been removed. I would definitely utilize them again for any of my future needs. They were prompt and professional.

I called and arrived on time for reviewing my needs. Received an estimate the next day. Explained that I was on a time crunch to get the work done and they worked me into the schedule. Arrived on time and were very professional and cleaned up in a timely manner. Will absolutely use them in the future.
