Hard working and friendly, BUT they made a mess & left my home full of chemicals....residue everywhere! I was told it was safe and not smell!! Never told I had to leave my home with the dog for 3 days! I had to have all ducts professionally cleaned out & had to have brand new furniture, carpets & rugs professionally cleaned! Hotels were expensive/Had to have the air conditioner worked on also. This procedure/products sent me off to the ER again. Price is great & MOLD Still remains. I contacted him again, so far no answer. NOW I have to hire someone professionally to clean up this disaster! Had to toss a lot of items in the trash! My dog threw up all over & had a $500 vet bill. DISASTER****

He was able to come out within two days prepared to do the work the same day as the quote. His competitors' prices didn’t compare to his price. Sean and his team took care of our mold problem in our bathrooms and on our asbestos tapes in the basement in a professional and timely manner. They did a great job removing the mold, and we can rest assured that we can always call Sean back if there was a reoccurring problem because he provides a lifetime warranty. Before the project was scheduled, Sean was also easy to get a hold of. He is also very sensitive and reasonable with his price. One thing that I wish was done better was communication. Sean did respond to our messages to us in a timely manner, I just wish certain discussions were done more thoroughly. For example, demolition waste, how long we will have to leave the house, if we need to leave the house, how long we should expect the smell to linger after the job, etc. I know these are questions we could have asked, the month that my husband and I discovered the mold problem was an overwhelming month for us. A clear plan before the project start would have been very helpful for our planning and alleviate some of our stress. Overall though, they did a great job, I would hire them again.

Sean did an exceptional job removing black mold from my basement. He was thorough, finished the work on time, and flexible and easy to work with when decontaminating my home. He was also understanding and addressed all my concerns with having pets in my home while he removed the mold. Overall the experience was excellent and reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone who needs mold removed.
