He sharpens my knives while I shop. He is really good and so personable. Each knife has a cardboard cover and they are always well sharpened.

I brought my knives to Kevin @ Heinens in Aurora after reviewing his email. I gave them to him, shopped & then picked them up!

Kevin sets up shop once a month, I believe, in our local Heinen's grocery store. He's right in the front of the store, so you can't miss him. When I dropped off my items yesterday, he estimated it would take 15 minutes, so I left the store to do a quick errand. Sure enough, when I returned 15 minutes later, my knives were done and safely encased in cardboard sleeves. Love the Band-Aid (with Kevin's contact info.) that was included! BTW, if I could not have returned prior to Kevin's departure, he would have left my items at the Customer Service Desk to pick up whenever it would be convenient for me. Also included with my sharpened knives was a helpful knife-care information sheet. I was very, very impressed with Kevin and the manner in which he runs his business. He's a competent, professional, top-notch, friendly businessman. Thank you, Kevin, and thank you, Heinen's, for making his services available and convenient.

Kevin was very welcoming, did a very complete and fast job while I shopped. I plan on bringing more knolives and a pair of scissors in to be sharpened the next time he is there in July.

I had 4 pair of scissors that I use for my own dog grooming. They really needed a good sharpening since it's been a while since I last had them done. Mr. Noon did a great job and called me when he was finished with the job. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone that needs scissors or knives sharpened.

Mr. Noon was at the farmers market. I dropped off my knife at the beginning he had it ready when I was leaving. He is friendly, had a lot of facts and did a great job.

Mr. Noon was pleasant, explained how long it would take and had made arrangements for me to pick my things up if he was no longer at Heinen's when I came back. (He was on site @ a grocery store, I did not go to his shop.)

Mr. Noon is the consummate professional. He comes to my local grocery store (Heinens) on a regular basis and I never miss him. His work makes my knives so much better and easier to use. I'm a cook and sharp knives are crucial to what I do. He does not use electric sharpening which makes me very happy from an ecology standpoint. His skills are exemplary. I will not let anyone else sharpen my knives. Mr. Noon's personality is wonderful. He also educates me on the proper care of the knives, post sharpening. Since I had no shopping to do in the grocery, I waited upstairs in the cafe. Instead of calling me when the knives were done, he went the extra mile and brought the knives to me.
