Very knowledgeable & friendly fast service-my knives are like new.

I got to knives from my door, chatted when he finish the knife he was working on then he does my knives. He did not charges for the pocket knife.

Kevin was very professional and courteous. He explained his services and gave me an estimated wait time. I left to shop while he worked on the knives before me. When I came back half an hour, he worked on my knives and he was done within 15 mins! Excellent service!

Went to Heinens Grocery store at 4 pm- Mr Noon was setting up. Took my knives measured & told me how much. Would call when he was done. He called. Sharpening was great.

Kevin was polite, prompt and did a great job while I did some light shopping.

I saw Keving a few months ago one gracing store and I didn't have my knives he told me when he would be there next time 11-3-16. So I wrote it on my calendar I went and he did a good job and was first. I've been to bad sharpeners better so I know from where & speak.

Fast service courteous, environmentally friendly method.

My husband dropped off our knives at the grocery Stoke Heinen's in the a.m. we picked them up at 2:30 the same day. We used this service in the spring then it was available and made a note to come back again their fall.

Mr. Noon was very polite & explained all the information on how my knife needed to be sharped, why & what he would be doing. He also helped me to learn about other knife companies.

I took my knives to a local Heinen's and he did them there. It was quick and a great deal.

Just as the 1st time, perfectly. Also, Kevin is a good source to find other small businesses. He told me about Anna's sewing machine repair in Fairview Park OH in response to my inquiry. Finally, Kevin is nice to deal with. If one has questions, he has a ready and understandable answer.

Kevin was very nice. Did an excellent job. He was set up where I work he came and found me to talk about the cost etc. then found me again to deliver the knives.

Mr Noon arrived on time and took the knives from customers in the order they come in. His attitude was always polite & he efficiently did his work.

Very well. Found Mr. Noon on Saturday at the farmers market in the valley ( national park) very helpful and gave apportions for care of the 3 blade cults.

Good and prompt service. Dropped off 3 knives when I got to the Farmers market and picked them up on the way out.

Mr. Noon was knowledgeable and professional. He sharpened my knives and brought them back to proper edge. His is a dying (dead) art and I feel lucky to have found him and to have used his wonderful service.

Brought the entire block of knives, which had not been sharened since they were purchased in 2006. Kevin did a great job bringing them back to their former glory. It was also quick and reasonably priced.

Kain was set up outside the Herman’s store in mentor on a Sunday. There were already 2 people ahead of me about 5 min. before his scheduled start time of 10 am. He was very courteous polite & professional. I paid W/A check. He took my CFN # & told me he’d call when my knives were ready which gave me a chance to run errand. He called me about an hour later & headed back to pick up super comment I used my knives that evening make dinner & wow! I was chopping busty like the cheers of food network . will definitely go back to Kain.
