Description of Work: Diamond had to replace the water line from the street to the house. It turned into quite a job because the original builder buried the line about 6' deep. They ran into some snags but worked diligently into the night to finish the job. Even with all the extra work, they only charged me the estimated amount. Very positive attitudes.

 + -1 moreThe plumber arrived at the scheduled time and went straight to work. The kitchen sink leak had appeared after he was scheduled to look at the bathtub leak, and he was willing to work on it as well. He went to the store for a new part and came back to install it immediately. Later in the day I went to use the bathtub, and the faucet was too tight to get the hot water turned on. The plumber came back out shortly and fixed it, for no additional charge.
Description of Work: Took apart the bathtub faucet and tightened to stop a leak. Also replaced a hose under the kitchen sink that was leaking.

 + 0 moreThe city determined it was our responsibility for repairs. I called Don @ Diamond Construction, he was finishing up a job & came over right after (15-20 minutes). He gave me an estimate, while not great, it was a bit below what I was expecting...so that was good! He worked fast & efficiently. He was very professional (with a great sense of humor!). Despite digging a 4' deep X 6' wide hole, he nicely put my yard back (ie: grass & dirt). He showed me the problem and explained we will need the rest of the line done at some point due to brittle pipe. So, we got out a penny jar & started to save! I highly recommend him!
Description of Work: Water main in front yard became a 'fountain'. They dug about 4' down, found the split in the pipe and replaced that section.

 + 1 moreAfter renters moved out, diamond construction stripped everything. Added a bed room which had been removed. It took eight dumpsters to remove all the trash. They replaced most of the outside siding on the house and garage, replaced all inside and outside doors, including the garage door.
Description of Work: Completely remodeled the entire house, and replaced driveway with concrete. Replaced all kitchen cabinets; flooring in entire house.

Description of Work: I had some drainage problems. He did some excavating work. He replaced some drainage tiles and corrected all the rainwater problems around the house.

He completed the job by the end of the day. I am actually going to need another line installed and am going to use Diamond Construction!

 + -1 moreTHE WORK WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PRICE WAS MORE THAN REASONABLE. YOU MIGHT BE LEFT WITH A BIT OF CLEAN-UP WORK, BUT THAT'S NO BIG DEAL, CONSIDERING HOW PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL AND ECONOMICAL THIS COMPANY WAS.
Description of Work: WE HAD A BROKEN WATER LINE IN OUR FRONT YARD. THE COMPANY REPLACED IT WITH COPPER PIPE AND INSTALLED A NEW SHUT-OFF VALVE IN OUR BASEMENT.
