Signed contract with this company on 4/13/2011. It was suppose to be approximately 30 days till they would be able to do the job. They did not start till 6/14/2011. I had been told the job would take 4 days it was done to their satisfaction in 2 days. I was not able to see the job they were doing in the daylight due to my work schedule. When they told me they were done and I saw it in the daylight it I was to say the least a shock. There were long nails protruding from all the visible wood on the house. They were very noticeable under the eaves and the top of the porches. And then there was all the wood that had been knocked out and splintered as a result of those nails. Where the roof meets the sides of the house there were several places with big gaps that were very visible. It was also obvious that they had used my patio table as a sawhorse as well. I told Jeremy Phillips this was unacceptable they had ruined my house in the process of putting on a roof. He kept claiming manufacturer's warranty required that length of nail. He said he would fix the problem and ask what I wanted done. I told him the only thing that would fix this mess was soffit otherwise when we painted we would eventually have the look of icicles on our house due to dripping paint. He wanted to us to pay more money to fix his mistake. This dialogue continued till 6/2012. Then he said he wanted to bill us 600.00 to replace the gutters, and the 847.00 that remained for the roofing job itself (that I did not pay after seeing my house he had already received 5140.00) and his total that he arrived at with what was still owed and to replace our existing gutters was 2600.00. In other words we were going to pay for the soffit to fix the mess his crew created. He ask for money up front and I told him no of course I had already given the money to him before and I am stuck with a mess. I told him the minute the job was done he would have his money. I never heard from him again. I never contacted him again because honestly I really did not want his company to touch my house again. I should have sued this company. I did get my house repaired at the cost of 2000.00 by a reputable contractor who did a wonderful job that I am very pleased with. If you are looking for a professional contractor or just want the job done right don't use this company.
