Our furnace developed a cracked heat exchanger during an extreme cold wave (below zero! very extreme for southern Ohio!) The service tech responded to our home within an hour. He diagnosed the problem and interfaced with the home warranty company to get approval to replace the furnace. He kept after them to get the process completed so that he could get our new furnace installed before our pipes could freeze. As soon as the repair was approved, the service tech came out and removed our old furnace. He explained in detail everything he was going to do as he did it. He was even concerned before he started the new furnace and the "burnoff" smoke set off the smoke detectors, that it might bother our dogs. He installed the new furnace and made sure that it was heating the house before he left. This company is dependable, quick to respond in an emergency, professional, and thorough. I would use them again if my heating or cooling needs service.

I had been having another furnace guy come and he kept doing tempary fixes 300 dollars a shot. I called Rick , they told me with in 15 min. what my opt. was

Our furnace went out and we called for a new furnace bid with additional duct to even out the temperature. Rick advise we did not need the ducts we wanted and he would not put ducting to the bathroom. He explained we did not need return air on the 3rd floor as the stairway worked fine. Even when told We wanted the return air at the highest point he refused. His bid was a price on paper and when a full written request was requested he ignored our request. We had an exterior AC unit put in but went elsewhere for ducting and a new furnace.

Everything went well

Replacement went very well. We are pleased with the service we have received.

Worked was performed when we were not home. Rick made several phone calls during visit to make sure we understood what was happening and approved the repairs before he completed them.
