Description of Work: I received a flyer in the mail stating a limited time special price for sealing of blacktop driveways while Americoat was going to be working in my area. I have used them before and found their prices to be competitive. I contacted them and they gave me an appointment. However there were thunderstorms on that day. They called to let me know they would have to change the appointment to a different day. On that day they came during the time frame they had stated and did preparation (edging and blowing). Then they left. Since it didn't look like the driveway had been sealed I called to inquire about it. They told me their workers that do the sealing would be coming soon. They arrived and completed a single coat of sealing.

Description of Work: I was scheduled for 2 coats of sealant. They arrived when I was not at home and only applied 1 coat of sealant. My neighbor watched the service and notified me. I contacted the company and was told a supervisor would be out and they would contact me. After 3 additional phone calls over 2 weeks I realized that they were not going to respond to my concerns, nor have a supervisor contact me back.

Description of Work: Americoat removed and hauled away my old driveway, regraded and installed a new asphalt drive. The work was done in two days albeit not consecutive because of weather. Workmen answered my questions and worked steadily. The drive looks great! I had hesitated to use this company because of the mixed reviews on Angie's List but decided to go with them because of recommendations from close friends. I'm glad I did.
