I did not have to be there for the work and they bill rather than expecting payment to be left for them (a very good feature). They did the work on the day that they said they would and left things in good shape. I am happy with the results.

 + -1 moreThe crew showed up when they said they would, prepared the driveway, sealed some cracks and seal coated. They came back a couple hours later to do the second coat. They were very neat, cleaned up the area when they were finished, including scrubbing a footprint off the adjacent sidewalk.

 + -1 moreMy husband was able to set an appointment for the following week. They arrived on time. They used a blower to remove debris from our driveway. After applying the first coat, they left to do another driveway in our neighborhood before returning to ours. But it began to rain and they did not return that day. They called us to let us know they would be out the following week to apply the second coat. They were efficient and quick. We will use them again.

 + -1 moreAmeriCoat left a flyer at my home stating they would be in my subdivision on May 19th. The price of one coat for $59 was reasonable so I called them to add me to their schedule. It rained on the 19th, but AmeriCoat called in the early morning stating they would perform the service on May 22nd. As promised, they came on the 22nd and got right to work. The employees did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. To my surprise the invoice was less than what I was expecting -- $50.15 -- AmeriCoat applied a 15% discount!

 + -1 moreThe appointment was taken by a friendly person on the phone. I was going to have the driveway sealed a year ago, but since I was in a new built home, I was instructed to wait until the driveway was at least 6 months. The crew showed up on the agreed date, applied one coat, and drove away. A couple of hours later, the second coat was applied. This company was professional in that they could have made a couple of bucks last year instead of recommending that I wait. They also waited for the first coat to dry before applying the second coat.

 + -1 moreThey were polite, professional, fast, and perform quality work. We are very, very, satisfied with our experience and will use them again in the future. We found them when they left a flyer with a 15% discount at our residence offering the discount on a particular day they would be in the neighborhood. After checking the list we decided to use them. The full price for the two coat treatment is $85 and the price we paid reflected the 15% discount.
Description of Work: No time was given for the work, simply a day they would do it. We called mid-afternoon to make sure we were on the list and a very nice lady reassured us that they would be there and finish before dusk. They came about 4:00 and were done well before dusk. First they checked to make sure we had taken the cars out of the driveway. They blew all the leaves and grass off the driveway. Then they put on one coat of sealer. Next they put crack filler in the cracks. Last they put on another coat of sealer and roped off the driveway.

 + -1 moreFirst two workers didn't complete job they were hired for. When office was called, they advised that the job was done right per the workers. Had to have another company rep come back to my house a week later to verify their lousy job. He did in fact admit the first job was bad and not done completely. I had to wait a whole week tho to have this problem solved. I feel I shouldn't have had to wait. The problem needed corrected then.
Description of Work: Company was to return to do second coat of sealant. However, they only applied second coat on half of the driveway. When called to question this, the guys who did the so-called applying still insisted they did the complete driveway. We requested another company person to come to the house to see the bad job done on the driveway. However, this new person couldn't come back to the house for another week. We had to wait an additional week to have the job completed. When another company person came the following week, he could see that the driveway was not done correctly. He patched two cracks and resealed the whole driveway again. He admitted the first workers did not do a good job. I have used this company for years and have never complained about any job they did. I was upset that we had to wait an additonal week to have a problem solved.

 + -1 moreEstimate was below others received and provided three options for work that could be done. Work was done professionally and my driveway looks great! Clean-up afterwards was better than I expected with asphalt that fell into the street removed. My only complaint would be the responsiveness to phone calls, which were not returned promptly, however this could have been due to the holiday weekend. I will use this company in the future and would recommend to others.

 + -1 moreThey did a nice job. I know it wasn't really their fault, but I was thinking they could help me a little bit more. They were nice people. I will call them again.
Description of Work: They sealed my driveway once, and then before it had dried, it rained. This partially washed that job out and sprinkled specks of asphalt all over my garage door. They couldn't help the weather. They came back, did it again, and we had another rain. After that, I asked them to come back. I think they charged about half price.

 + -1 moreI PHONED SEVERAL COMPANIES IN FEB. AND MOST NEVER CALLED BACK. AMERICOAT CAME OUT WITHIN A WEEK AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE. THEY SCHEDULED MY REPAIRS AND DUE TO RAIN RESCHEDULED A FEW TIMES BUT ALWAYS PHONED TO INFORM ME THAT THE WEATHER WAS A PROBLEM AND RESCHEDULED THE WORK PROMPTLY. MY DRIVEWAY WAS DONE THIS WEEK. THEY REPAIRED AND DID AN OVERLAY. ALL THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND TOLD ME WHAT THEY WERE DOING EACH TIME I WENT OUTSIDE. THE DRIVEWAY LOOKS GREAT. THEIR SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.

Description of Work: DURING SEALING MY DRIVEWAY, THEY SPREAD TAR ALL OVER MY TWO GARAGE DOORS, THE SIDING, MOLDING AND ON TO THE CEMENT. THEY WERE TO ALSO FILL THE CRACKS AND THEY DID NOT, AS WELL AS NOT TRIMMING THE GRASS (IT RAINED SOON AFTER AND NOW THERE ARE BROWN SPOTS ALL OVER).
