Splashed blacktop coating upon the stone fascia of house. I called multiple times (and gt;6) to get this resolved. They always indicated they would have someone out to clean it up. Even talked to a manager and was reassured it would be resoled. It has been 6 months now.

It was ok, they didn't do the best job. All of the cracks weren't filled.

We ended up putting our cars on the street. They didn't do what they're supposed to do. They're very irresponsible and as far as being on time, they aren't.

Driveway ruined. Has cracks everywhere and warped, it is just a mess. You can see the damage at the top from the bottom of the driveway. Many calls, with 3/4ths of them not returned. Finally came out said it was the bars (rebar?) Coming up and causing it. It wasn't even the complaint. Finally came back, said it's the roots from bushes. Can't be. Finally telling them ,I'm not paying for this. Haven't heard from them since, I just gave up. Will not use again.

AVOID... INSTALLED BASIC PORCH INCORRECTLY and WILL NOT FIX UNDER WARRANTY WHEN CRACKING AFTER 4 MONTHS! Americoat removed and installed a concrete front porch in Nov 2012. By April 2013 it was cracking and after they inspected and discussed, AMERICOAT determined they installed it incorrectly (THEIR FAULT) by not putting an expansion joint in a section of the new porch/walkway. I was told they were backed up due to the wet summer and it would be a few months until they could rip it out and reinstall. That was in June 2013 and now it's 4 months later and I've called 5 times in 2 weeks with no returned call (BASICALLY IGNORING MY ISSUE). I was told there was a 1 year warranty but it now appears that was false as they admitted in conversations it was installed incorrectly and they will replace but only to later ignore me. Also, porch is starting to crack further. I've never encountered this type of situation. Very unprofessional

I'm really happy with them! Their price is great - especially for two coats. It has a lot more durability over the winter than other companies who just use one coat. They use a special crack sealer that is just made for cracks. I can't stop raving about AmeriCoat!

The company came out on our agreed date, completed the services in a timely manner, and was very helpful during the billing process. I was very satisfied with my decision to go with Americoat, and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. I also will be a returning customer.

When I called the company for an estimate I was greeted by a very friendly voice which was happy to schedule an estimate for me. When the employee showed up to do the estimate, he was very professional and punctual. When the work was done, I was very impressed by their quality and professionalism. I love my newly fixed and sealed driveway. I am more than happy to recommend this company to all my friends and relatives.

I had seen the trucks for this company in my area, and decided to give them a call. The office staff explained the different levels of service that were available, and I decided to go with their Premium Service for $169. After the initial scheduling I received a call from their office asking if I would like to move my service date ahead of schedule. On the actual day of the service, I received a call from their office and they went into detail about the condition of the driveway, and how the Premium service was not necessary. They explained that the cracks were not severe enough for that level of service. Their standard two coat application would be the best choice, and that the total cost would be $60 less than what I originally agreed to pay. When I returned home from work that day, I found that the driveway looked better than in previous years when I've had it sealed by other companies. The I very happy with the end results, and paid much less than in previous years. From beginning to end, the customer service, and workmanship was terrific. I would recommend this company to everyone!

Terrible service. It took about a month for my driveway to be completed from the original day they were supposed to come. While there were a few rain delays that were unavoidable, the company simply just did not show up three days that they asked me for. So while I rescheduled to the company's choice of dates, they still did not show up on two occasions. They also called me in an attempt to reschedule because they overbooked themselves multiple times. At this point in time my check has been cashed although they still have not completed the second coat that I paid for over a month ago. I would never recommend this company to a friend and I suggest everyone be cautious.

I called this company for an estimate on patching and sealing my driveway. On the call, I was specific that I did not want to replace the driveway due to the replacement ordinances of our village. I was specific about the name of the village where I live and specific about the ordinances involved. Six days later I noticed a car with the company logo in front of my property. The person looked at the driveway but did not knock on the door to speak with me. On October 16th, almost a month after I requested the estimate and the day after I had the work started by another company, I received an estimate from this company. The primary part of this estimate was a recommendation to replace the driveway, the very thing that I wished to avoid because of the ordinances in this village. The recommended replacement did not meet the ordinances of the village where I live. I wanted to do maintenance on the driveway only. Patching and sealing were included in the estimate as separate items. The price for the work that I wanted done was high. But, at that point, the price was moot since the work was already started by another company. There were several other problems with this estimate which I took to the company in private, including privacy concerns. From my conversation with the company, it was obvious that my specific request and the detail that I provided on the initial call were not communicated to the estimator. The details that were communicated were ignored.

It went really well. The crew that did the removal and replacement were wonderful. There were 6 guys and they each knew exactly what to do without being told. We did a double seal afterwards and the men were so polite and cautious of the concrete surrounding the driveway. I give them to big thumbs up! Great job everyone there!

I would recommend them highly. This is the 2nd time I used them and the results are very professional. They filled the cracks, fixed a hole, and made the driveway look brand new.

The crew was very courteous and all work was done in a timely fashion and was high quality. I would use them again and recommend to my friends and neighbours.

It went really well! The concrete looks, they even did some patch work on my buildings parking lot. That was such a plus!

The service from AmeriCoat was great. The staff were professional and the work was done promptly. I have a decent sized bush the walkway winds around and care was taken not to harm it when the concrete was poured. I am very pleased with the way the walkway turned out and the driveway looks great too. I would recommend this company.

We called to get them to come out and install a drain in our driveway due to flooding into our garage. They got us our quote and spoke with us about our options. We were able to book the service and were vey pleased with the outcome. The drain takes care of all of our water problems and we are thankful to finally not have to drive over a pothole every time we pull into our driveway.

We had just purchased our home in February and on the inspection it stated that the driveway needed sealed, we pushed it off for a couple of months thinking that it would be super expensive due to the size of the driveway. We ended up talking to our neighbors who recommended Americoat to us. We were pleasantly surprised to find out the cost was so reasonable and the work got done in a timely fashion. Would definitely recommend these guys they are great!

After contracting Americoat to seal and repair my driveway, I received a call stating the date and time the work would be started, The crew arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. The special they were having on seal coating allowed me great pricing for a quality product. The driveway looked great! The invoice was given to me after the job was complete. I was able to mail my payment after insuring the job was completed to my satisfaction. This was on of the reasons I feel they care about customer satisfaction. Last but not least, I received a call asking if I was happy with their service. It was a pleasant experience!

The job was done in a very professional and timely manner despite being pushed back due to a rain delay but they were able to reschedule this project almost immediately. The concrete job is clean and looks great and I am extremely satisfied with the finish project. I also contacted them with for my condo association about sealing our parking lot in the spring and we are very happy with the estimate that we received.

Americoat was very a lot farther away from us in Springfield than most companies we contacted but they were very helpful and made us feel very confident in our decision to use them for our driveway replacement. They were more than happy to come out to give us and estimate and were very competative even though they were farther away. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great company to work with. I have them seal my drive every year and they always do a really good job. The customer service people are really friendly. I just found out that they do concrete and got an estimate for doing work to my walkway. The price for the estimate was very comparable to other companies. The guy that came out was very professional. I am going to use them for the walkway work next year.

Americoat did an amazing job with the tear out of the sidewalk and kept the area very clean. The concrete team showed up right on time and pour the sidewalk. The drive was sealed a few days later and looks great.

ay and would reschedule for the next day. They would call my cell or my homeline to let me know when they would arrive so I could be there. NICE, STRIKE ONE. Next day, Waiting at home I had no call. When I did contact them again, John informed me that he called my cellphone which was off and left me voicemail. NICE, STRIKE TWO. I hustled over there and they were already gone. I am not an expert but it did not look like 2 applications were applied because of the depth of the cracks that were filled and there was no show in the aft. By that time I was already disgusted with them. I had asked for the invoice to be sent to my home address but 2 weeks later it never arrived. I sent the payment in at that time, to keep them off my butt and not having to deal with them again. STRIKE THREE. I hope others have better success but this is one customer who will not use or recommend again. They wasted no time in cashing payment but did manage to waste 2 of my days.

I called Americoat and it took about four or five days before they called me back. John, finally did call me back and told me they had problems with their answering machine. We agreed on what day the guys would be here and I was told that someone would call me the day before to make sure they were coming based on the weather...I decided to call them two days before they were coming to tell them I only wanted one coat instead of three. Again, talking to the answering machine. No one called me back, so I called them TWICE the day before they were going to do the job, but NO call back again! So, I wasted hours of my day waiting for them to show up...not knowing if they were going to show since no one called me like they told me they would. They showed up around noon. I did call them about 25 minutes before they showed up, but of course...NO ONE CAN ANSWER A CALL. When the two guys arrived, one came up on the porch to talk to me while the other guy started his giant leaf blower. As we were talking, we had to turn our backs to the other guy who was blowing dirt and rocks at us trying to get the job done as fast as possible. The guy on the porch with me asked me if I had any questions...I said to him, and quot;am I going to lose an eye!?and quot; Mr. Blower, still not caring/aware, that we were being hit by debris. Well, when I told the one guy how hard it was to get a call back, he told me, and quot;Tell me about it, I have the same problem!and quot; The guys were done and gone in maybe 10 minutes or less. The guys did what they had to do. Too bad the people in the office can't get it together. I did get a call the next morning telling me they e-mailed me the bill! Amazing how that worked out, lol! What a company! Read other reports about this company...it's a common problem. End of a very sad story about Americoat.
