Was on time, very professional and courteous. Continually worked to clear main drain. Stayed till drain was cleared and I was satisfied. I will continue to use them for preventive maintenance. Told me to reconnect my gutters and let them know if I have any issues. Greg and Brian work very well together and answered any question I asked. I will definitely use them again and I already recommended there service to my friends

He was friendly and easy to schedule with. He was available earlier than our scheduled appointment and called first to see if I wanted to or was available for him to arrive early. He tried multiple times from different areas to clear my blockage... in the end we determined a broken pipe.

From the moment Greg called me back to set up the appointment, he was very polite and professional. He was upfront with the pricing and once he finished all the work, the price was still the same. (not like other well known companies that tell you one thing and they find all these other things wrong and your paying so much more than expected) Before my appointment he called me to let me know when he was to arrive, which is very important to me. He went right to work on my plumbing problems and fixed all that was wrong. He respected my home and cleaned up after all the work was completed. I would definitely hire him again and I will tell all my friends about Greg.

I found Greg for an estimate to help with with my non-working garbage disposal and slow draining sink. He called me promptly and asked me questions about my problem. He offered some advice to try and trouble-shoot and possible fix my problem. His advice was spot on! I fixed my garbage disposal and my slow draining sink was fixed! The fact that he actually offered advice how to fix it, shows he has integrity and that is very hard to find these days! His effort to help me fix my problem and not just make an easy buck has won me over! I will call him in the future for my drippy faucets, etc., He has a forever customer in me! Greg and Brian were on time very professional and explained everything that they were doing and what my opinions were.

I received a call from Mr. Lee in about 5 minutes after submitting my request for service. Within an hour and a half he was at the residence working on the problem. He accommodated my spouse's schedule to get the work done. Called me to let me know how the work was proceeding and to get permission to do some additional work require. He quoted a price up front, and then the amounts to do the additional work. He was on site and finished the work before MY "plumber" even returned my call. Price was competitive for the work done.

Gary from G. Lee plumbing was very professional and courteous and was able to resolve the issue quickly resulting in a happy tenant for a rental property. Gary was also able to schedule a specific time to perform the work which was a huge convenience! He was also very knowledgeable of the situation and knew exactly what needed to be completed to resolve the blockage. I would use his services again and highly recommend his company.

Greg Lee video recorded a camera run through a sewer drain for a 116 year old house I was buying and also inspected the functioning of the plumbing while he was there. Could not have been more pleased with his professionalism, courtesy and communication!
