The clogged drain was not an emergency. I looked at home advisor on Friday night and the plumber was out on Saturday afternoon. The experience was excellent. The plumber and his assistant were courteous, pleasant and answered all questions in a very informative way. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Very honest about options and what could happen if he attempted to fix leak in pipes of tub. Unclogged drain easily, replaced lost screw and cleaned area.

Snaked the drain and camera inspected the condition; had me look at it so I knew drain was in good condition. A previous plumber had led me to believe my drain was collapsing. I have root issues, not clay pipe issues. Thank you Greg!

The price he quoted was exactly what he charged. he did outstanding work- went above and beyond with extra help hosing out another drain to make sure it was working, Did an inspection inside the basement too. very professional and friendly.
