Everything went well. They were extremely accomodating, and they did excellent work.

I asked Frederick's to come to my home to measure for both a kitchen floor and carpet on my first floor. They came to my home free of charge and emailed me quotes that evening based on the kitchen flooring and carpet I liked. I was back and forth between using a smaller company vs. a big home improvement store to install the new kitchen floor. I priced both, and I found that I really liked the look of the floor at Frederick's much better than what the big store had to offer. The price was also comparable. I signed my contract with Frederick's and within 2 weeks my floor was installed. They came to my home when they said they would. They respond to you that day if you have questions. They are very friendly and professional. When my install was complete the gentleman who installed my floor even cut my door down in my kitchen so it would shut again. He helped me move my furniture back into my kitchen, and he gave me felt for the bottom of the chair legs, etc to protect the new floor. These were all things he did not have to do for me. As a note, when I went to the large home improvement store I waited for over 25 minutes to even speak with the single person working in the department. I am quite confident I would have received the same service in regards to install as well. If you want great service and a quality install job give the little guy a try. You will not be disappointed. There is a reason this company has been in business for as long as they have. I plan on signing my contract for carpet install this week as soon as I can pick a color. I cannot stress enough what a great job they did! Thank you Frederick's!

We had a stain on our carpet, that we weren't sure would come out. So we called for an estimate to patch the stained part of the carpet, they said they would come out for an estimate and send the cleaning van to test the spot and see if it could be cleaned instead. After arriving just when they said they would, the service person cleaned the entire spot, and said that if the stain returned to just call them and they would come out repair the spot with the remnants we had left over from the installation of the carpet. I asked how much I owed them for the spot cleaning and the service person said nothing just make sure to use them in the future for our flooring needs. The stain never returned, and I can't say enough good things about this company.

Someone came out to my home to provide an estimate to install laminate flooring in my laundry room, foyer, kitchen and bathroom. I didn't like the samples he brought. He suggested that I go into the show room floor. He took measurements and explained the length of time it would take, if appliances were moved, etc. The salesman was very informative.

Excellent work.....Fredericks has done all our carpeting and flooring. I wouldn't consider using anyone else. They always do an outstanding job.

The man who did the floor was extremely professional and really knew his trade. He arrived about nine in the morning and finished by vacuuming the carpet in the living room outside of the kitchen at a little after four in the afternoon. The floor is level, it has not been since prior to us buying the house 34 yrs. ago. Frederick's was the only company that knew how to reapair the floor and willing to take on the challenge. I am still waiting for one company to send me their bid for the job (5 weeks now). The kitchen is beautiful.

Wonderful...I had had a previous bad experience/work with/from another contractor that Rick's folks had to fix...they did an incredible job. The gentleman who did the work was a true cratfsman!

I was @ work on the day of installation, a neighbor let them in the house. I was hoping to leave work early to see the job, but they did the job quickly and i wasn't able to leave work anyway. I had remover the original carpeting was very worn. The re-installed carpeting had some fading, but made both rooms look so much better. The only problem waswhich helped alot. that the carpeting was short about 2 inches in the doorway of the smaller room and the pieced they put in was quite different in color. The company was great and Rick came to the house to assess the situation. Mike and Tony came to my house today, replace the piece with leftover carpeting and it's a near match. The uneven fading made it impossible to get a 100% match, but they sure came extremely close. The problem was probably poor lighting in the upstairs. A floor lamp from the livingroom helped alot. In retrospect, I probably should have just re-installed the carpeting in the larger bedroom and the hallway which now looks really old and purchased new carpeting for the smaller bedroom.

Our shopping experience was pleasant and the sales help was informative. The estimate and install were both handled very professionally. I would recommend this company without hesitation and I will definitely use them again!

It went really well. They were very highly rated before we had them and they deserved it. I recommended them to a co-worker and she was pleased with them too. The installer was very hardworking and did a very good job. It took longer than they thought it would and he worked very hard until the job was done.

Frederick's was wonderful. At the store, I was shown all different types of flooring for my kitchen. They asked questions to make certain I was choosing the flooring that was best for me. They gave me samples to take home so I could check out colors in my home. The same happened with carpeting. The floors were measured and I received estimates for several different types of materials. Once i made my decision, the work was scheduled. Workers were on time and polite. The installation for all rooms went smoothly. Clean up was complete. I love my new flooring in the kitchen and the new carpeting.

The installer named Nick was meticulous. I liked that quality because a homeowner wants good quality and the finished product to look good. I am very satisfied.

Excellent. Everyone I encountered from the sales woman in the showroom, to the owner who came out to measure, to the two installers were friendly, helpful and professional. They originally quoted me one price, then called back to say that they had made an error and that it would be less than originally quoted. The two installers were friendly and fast. Also, I had a very tight timeframe for getting the carpet installed and they worked with me to meet my deadline.

It went very well. There was a problem with the laminate floor I noticed when the work was finished. I called Frederick's and they promised to schedule their installer to come out and make the necessary repairs. Also, the carpet installers knocked over a lamp and broke it. Frederick's contacted me about 2 weeks after the installation and arranged for their installer, Mitch, to come out and fix the laminate floors. He was painstaking in his work and did some extra work that wasn't included in the original estimate. He did a beautiful job and I love my new floors! Frederick's also sent a check to cover the cost of the broken lamp and also for an online coupon that didn't get deducted from my bill. I will definitely hire them again when I need flooring installed in the kitchen and bathroom. They are top notch.

They were great! They showed up on time and did professional work. Somehow, they managed to keep their work area neat and clean throughout the project. I appreciate that they worked with our schedule. They gave us the time that we needed to move furniture out of the way. We were happy with the quality of their work. When we need their services, we'll definitely be using them again.

The job went fairly well. We were under a time restriction, and the company planned to complete the job in two days, but was unable. They were very accommodating, though, and tried their best to finish on time. The job was completed the next business day. The molding should have been finished with caulk, which is something we'll have to finish ourselves later. The work made the house look 1000 times better, so all is well!

They have installed linoleum, hardwoods floors, and heating under the hardwood floors. They have been responsive, affordable and have served us well for over nine year.

Excellent company. Thorough and priced right. I would hire them again and again. The serviceman even cleaned two throw rugs at no extra charge.

They did a pretty good job and I'm happy with their work. They were professional, friendly and finished the work in a timely manner. The only drawback was that the carpeting did not allow the second floor door to close properly. I had to hire someone else to take care of that.
