It was a very positive expereince. Several contractors were contacted some on Angie's List some not. Estimates were taken and evaluated. Frederick's was choosen. A quote was submitted and the work scheduled. Work was completed on time and the house was left clean and installation of the new floor wasd one very professionally.

They did an excellent job. It was easy to get an appointment with them. They showed up on time. They cleaned up any mess that was made. They were very courteous. He was a very conscientious worker.

I went into the showroom to get some ideas. They explained my options and Rick came out to offer some suggestions. We had an issue with our dining room hardwood floors due to a wall being taken out. Rick was very professional and offered up my options and his recommendation. We chose to lay DuraCeramic across the 2 rooms and steps. We then went to the showroom and picked our final pick. They came to the house 2 weeks later to perform the installation. Mitch was very professional and detail oriented. He laid the floor out perfectly. The tiles are perfectly in line with each other from room to room and centered on the stairs and landing, absolutely amazing, considering the rooms had odd angles along with cabinets. Mitch also took the time to heat the tile up and bend it around the gas pipe, I know other installers would have just cut the tile and put a tiny piece in back of the pipe. Very well done. It ended up that the order was one box short, so the install finish had to be completed after a 2 day delay. They rearranged their schedules to accommodate this issue. I couldn't be more pleased with the floors and they did a wonderful job. The job took a day 1/2 longer than expected, but it was well worth it. I will hire them again, in a heartbeat.

Outstanding. Rick was very patient and helpful. He came out to our home twice when numerous changes we decided upon required him to do so to re-quote accurately. We were told to expect workers at 8 AM on the first day. They were in our driveway at 8 AM, as they were every day. They were courteous, professional and very neat. They were careful to leave the work area tidied up at the end of each day. Work took about a day and a half longer than expected only because of a minor snag in the installation planning and because some of the tiles arrived broken. The crew was very flexible in accommodating us in scheduling the additional time needed. The tile looks beautiful, and Frederick's did an excellent job with the grouting and trim. We have already recommended Frederick's to one neighbor and would recommend them to anyone.

This was the second time we had worked with them, and they again did a good job. They came in and did the work, and cleaned up after themselves. We were very satisfied with their service.

After they cleaned our carpet it needed to be stretched in one area. They came and stretched the carpet without a problem.

Overall it went fine. However there was confusion over the ordering process and we didn't end up with exactly what we thought we were ordering.

They were wonderful, efficient, fast, and not very expensive. The work is holding up well.

I contacted them Thursday evening, set up an appointment Rick was out Monday morning on time to measure, and followed up that day with a quote. This wasn't a glamorous job, rather a budget project. Rick stuck with it and didn't walk away from a small job ($1500 ish). Further, when I came back with an idea for a less expensive alternative he continued to to help me find a better alternative. Ultimately I did not use them because rather than selling the home I rented it, and I did not therefore need to carpet the basement. So I did not engage in either option. I would recommend at least getting a quote from the company. Rick had good options, was efficient, quick with his quote and willing to help me find a solution that was right for my needs. Next flooring need - I'll call them to see if we can do business.

They had excellent customer service. They had an excellent value for their price. They were very neat and also very very professional. They were also very prompt and showed up on time.

He was terrific. This guy worked with me on my budget. He went out and sourced some discontinued carpet that met my needs perfectly. Rick Fredrickson is awesome.

They had a great rating on Angie's List. They were located close to my house. They had a showroom with a lot of products in every price range. They came to our home to measure and make sure everything would go smoothly. The whole process took only two days and it looks great.

They were on time and professional. I was able to leave two workers alone in the house with no problems. They were very trustworthy.

Excellent. Went to the showroom and selected carpet. Also, went to a home improvement store and recv'd an estimate. Frederick's estimate was higher, but then we realized that we had selected a lower priced carpet at the home improvement store. Rick went out of his way to find exactly the same carpet that we chose at the home improvement store. Their estimate was very close to the home improvement store. Based on Frederick's reputation for superior installation service and Rick's excellent advice when he came in person to take measurements for the estimate, we selected Fredericks.

They did everything even more quickly than they originally said they could, which was perfect for our moving schedule. They are dedicated professionals. Bela and Tommy were exceptional and easy to have in our home.

It was great! It was one of the few times in my life that I feel that I truly got a job that was worth every penny I spent. They were all very professional. Rick first came to look to see what the job would entail. He advised me that the work would only take 2 days to complete and the estimate was very competitive and was even a little less than the other estimates I had received from other companies. He was great with communication and even allowed me to email him pictures to better plan for the job. Nick was my installer. He was very conscientious and obviously took pride in his work. He went above and beyond!

They did beautiful work! They were here on time. They did a good job. I'm really happy with the finished work.

Took up old carpet, pad & cut to disposal pieces. 12' Carpet & bonded padding metal thresholds wonderful company to work with. Even took doors off to fit carpeting. They are proud of Angie's List rating.

As always, Frederick's did an outstanding job. They discovered our floors were not even so they couldn't install laminated wood flooring, which was our first choice. We really appreciated Rick's honesty in this situation. A dishonest company could have gone ahead and then said "oops". Mike and Jason, the installers, were great, and stayed on the job until 6 PM to finish up. We have used Frederick's before and would without hesitation, use them again. What a pleasure!

They carpeted the dinning room, living room and two bed rooms.

The guys got all of it installed and it all matches. I am very pleased with it! I got it for less than I was going to pay because of how the installers got it to fit. They were prompt and done quickly.

Our kitchen remodel experience had a few snags: a wrong cabinet size, amount of trim and a 'wrong' style door in the upper corner cabinet. Nick was very professional and attentive. He followed up and made sure the cabinets worked for us. The door issue was frustrating for everyone. We expected the upper corner cabinet door to be arched to match the rest of the upper cabinets. But for some reason, Diamond doesn't make the corner unit in arch (see photo if attached). Nick Frederick was persistent and it was finally worked out. We now have an arched door! I highly recommend this company. Frederick's obviously take pride in providing the best service for it's customers.
