DAVE'S TREE SERVICE

The only reason I called him was that we found him on Angie's List. We tried to call him back and had a very hard time getting a hold of him. The second time he came he was ok. I don't want to call him unprofessional because I don't want to be mean.

This was a very good experience. I feel that this company has a fair price for their work. They are responsive in giving a quick quote and do the work quickly. They are professional in their manner and work.

Everything went very well, and I was happy with their work. I got good advice from them as to what should be included in the project, and I would use them again in the future.

Dave came out the day after I called for an estimate. He told me it would be several weeks before he could do the work due to a storm which had caused a lot of tree damage in our area and his many other customers. That was fine with us. He called the night before he came out and gave us a time. He arrived promptly and finished the job in two and one half hours. We were very pleased.

It was a month before they could get out to our house. We weren't there when they got to the house, but when we returned, the trees looked great. On top of that they raked our entire front and back yard and cleaned up all the wood and leaves. The cable lines we were worried about hung a bit too low, and we had raising them on our list of things to do. Well, apparently the trimmers agreed because without any mention to them, they raised the cable lines to an appropriate length! Overall their service went above and beyond what we expected.

Dave returned my phone calls very promptly. He came out, looked at the work and provided an estimate. We talked once after that to ensure that we both understood the work being performed. He was able to complete the work shortly after that. Work was performed as agreed. They were prompt and cleaned all the branches afterwards. I am pleased with the work and will have him out again.

They were able to schedule us in a very timely fashion. I thought they did a very good job. They cleaned up all the branches, leaves and trash as well.

Dave was very responsive, he called back quickly, came out to review the job right when he said he would, and then came out to do the work well within the time frame he had specified. He also called back to make sure we were satisfied with the work. Given the tremendous amount of work Tree Service providers are seeing in the aftermath of the wind storm, I think the level of service we received was outstanding. Thanks Dave!

Dave Moore was prompt in viewing the work to be done and giving me an estimate. Although it took several weeks to get the work scheduled (he said he was extremely busy), once a date was set he was prompt in arriving. Dave and his assistant worked quickly, and were thorough and neat. We were satisfied with the results.

My parents needed to have their huge Oak tree removed because it had large branches hanging over the garage and neighbor's yard and were told by the City that it was dying. I actually found out about Dave's Tree Service from a co-worker. We called them after seeing a lot of great reports about them on Angie's List. Dave came over and gave us an estimate and approximate start date. Because of the storm, he had to postpone a couple of times due to emergency work, but he always maintained good communication so it was really no problem. The money he saved us compared to some other estimates was truly amazing. This tree was a monster and required a crane to lift the pieces over the house and onto the truck. Very tricky and delicate work. After the work was done the guys did a good job of cleaning up and even cut up some logs for our neighbor's fireplace. We can not say enough good things about Dave's Tree Service. I am going to have him remove a tree from my yard soon and I'm sure I'll be writing another good report.

This company provides amazing service. Dave called me back right away. I told him I had a big landscape project in progress and he actually came out on SUNDAY to deal with the stumps I had. I will definitely use him again and have already passed his name and number out to my neighbors. I have had other tree services out, non with the outstanding service I received from Dave!

Dave came beforehand to give an estimate. Price was very competitive compared to several other Angie's list companies. Work was done within 2 weeks as promised. They took care not to damage house, wires, garage and did a very good cleanup afterward. We were very satisfied with their work and would recommend them highly.

Great! Dave showed up the next day at a time convenient for me. He did give me a quote for the trimming, but advised that the tree probably had to come down due to disease and broken branches. I wound up calling the city instead of trimming it.

It was outstanding overall. He was hardworking and pleasant, and just a really nice guy. I would definitely recommend him to others, and I would work with him again in the future.

What a professional team this is, and one with more integrity than we've seen in a long time. Dave worked for a good half day on getting part of the tree off the roof. But, when he determined he could not finish the job, he didn't make excuses or walk away from it. He contacted folks who could finish the job and then turned the job over to them, not charging us a dime for the work that he had done. He said, his reputation was more important than anything and we could not agree more -- this guy is the real deal and in this day and age, a quality not found as often as we'd like. By the way, with regard to the work they did -- great - cleaned up - took everything away. We'll definitely be calling him in the future but, hopefully for less traumatic reasons!

It was a good quote they did it when they said they were going to. We weren't home, they did it while we were gone, but they did it exactly as we'd discussed and cleaned up well afterward.

We were satisfied with their service. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were on time and did the work in a timely matter. I would not recommend them though because we used them a second time and they gave us the wrong estimate and tried to charge us more.

They were very professional. We had several people give us quote and they were reasonably priced. They were efficient they were very responsive in getting back to us. Customer service was very good.

He did a really good job! He was really quick, too! Other companies didn't even return my calls! He was very enthusiastic about his work and his estimate was lower than others I received. I would use him again.

Responded promptly to my request for an estimate and scheduled services, and when I had to reschedule, were very accommodating. Were very courteous and efficient. Extensively trimmed all trees, chipped all branches including old brush from bushes and smaller trees I had cut myself, ground old stumps throughout the yard, cut to length larger limbs and neatly stacked logs for use as firewood, raked up all debris leaving the yard better looking than before they started. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were very good about meeting their commitments including their commitment on pricing. The work they did was also good and i was pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

Found this company on Angie's List and emailed to request an estimate. The next day I had a written estimate in my mailbox. I called for an appointment and they were at my house in within a few days. The trees were removed efficiently with no damage to my vast gardens (not an easy task). The front tree was well-trimmed. They left my patio, yard and driveway beautifully swept clean. Dave was professional, informative and helpful. I would call him again and recommend his company to friends.

After receiving several surprisingly high quotes for servicing our trees, Dave came out and gave a no-nonsense assessment and a very competitive quote, about $400 less than the closest competitor. He came out when promised, was thorough in the work, and cleaned up nicely. We'll definitely be calling him for all our future tree servicing, and with the big oaks in our yard, that's going to be a regular thing! I should also note that Dave was easy to get in touch with. Most of the places we called didn't answer and then took days to return a phone call, with one or two never even bothering to call back at all. Very satisfied overall!
