DAVE'S TREE SERVICE

I've got a new tree-service company! When Dave came out to give me his estimate, he recommended the exact same service that a big chain tree company recommended the day before, and at half the price! (He even pinpointed the exact amount of the big-name company's estimate! He knows his stuff.) The guys who came out to do the job were professional, courteous, and thorough -- but they also managed to get the job done quick! They cleared the yard of sticks and debris when they were done, and left my backyard looking even cleaner than it was when they got here! I couldn't ask for a better experience. Go with Dave's Tree Service, not the big chain tree-service company with a similar name.

Once he was able to come, he worked quickly and did a great job. He’s very busy this time of year, but the job he did was worth the wait.

I put in my request at night and by the next day they called and provided a quote. They were very upfront with the services and provided me an excellent quote. When they came to remove my tree they were quick, efficient and very professional. For a 25ft pine tree that cut it down, removed it, and cleaned it up from my front yard in just about an hour. They did an amazing job and when he came back the next day to do my stump, it was just as quick and easy. I would HIGHLY recommend them to any of my family or friends!

The trees look beautiful. We won't have to worry about limbs falling in a storm for quite a while. The equipment they used was awesome. The fellows that worked on our trees were very congenial and thorough. The price was in line with the other quotes I had and after I saw all the work they were doing it was worth it. I would highly recommend them and I will use them in the future.

Neither my neighbor or I were happy. The neighbor behind me did not want to give permission and they really tore up the lawn. They did come back to reseed it but the driveway had scratches in it. I had to call them to ask about the lawn and I am not sure I would hire them again. Their price was fair though.

The crew of two spent one day cutting and removing dead limbs/branches from several very large oaks in our backyard. They were efficient and cleaned up and removed everything! Very satisfied with their work.

Crew of 4 spent the day removing 8 trees. They were efficient and did agood job with removal as well as clean up. I would definitely use them again.

We had a large branch from the tree lawn come down across the sidewalk and driveway. I called several places and Dave returned my call within an hour. His price was very reasonable and timing would have been great. I later found out that since the tree is on the tree lawn the city is responsible for it. I texted Dave to let him know and there was no fuss or anything. I really appreciated him getting back to me, offering a very good price and being understanding when i ended up not needing him. Overall, I’d call back in a second if I ever need any tree work from him. Thanks Dave!!

Wow this guy is a piece of work! We hired him to have a tree removed from our yard, and while the job itself was fine (aside from part of our internet cable getting ripped from the side of our house), the situation that followed was not. He sent an arborist to do the job, and the guy threw tree branches on my neighbor's car, leaving scratches all over the side. Both Dave and the guy he sent (Shane) were nearly impossible to get a hold of for nearly 2 weeks. When I finally got Dave on the phone, I had my neighbor with me so we could sort out the situation together. He called her a liar but insisted he'd be out to fix the damage himself, so we set a date for that to happen. The guy didn't show up! I called again. This time he insulted me, my husband, and my neighbor. He kept screaming at me on the phone, saying we set him up so we could get money out of him. He kept interrupting me and making excuses. He is a very rude and unprofessional person. We won't be working with them anymore. He's actually sending me rude text messages as I write this review.

Everything went as planed they were very professional. Their equipment shows they have a commitment to quality and safety. I would highly recommend them.

Went smoothly and they were done in about a half hour.

Dave's was outstanding. He removed the first Oak and trimmed the second Oak, hauling away all the debris and cleaning up the yard so that it looked like no work had been done. He returned to grind out the stump and then graciously returned a second time to finish grinding out the stump after some large paver blocks were removed from the area. We highly recommend Dave's for any tree work that you may need. Thank you, guys - it's a pleasure to deal with a company like Dave's that delivers such satisfaction.

Dave came out to estimate the removal of a 90' oak between 2 houses. Was honest & let me know he could not beat the other estimate I received... even spoke highly of the competitor and recommended I go with them. Cannot get more honest than that. Will definitely call him for smaller jobs in the future.

Needed 2 pine trees removed and 2 large trees pruned. Dave contacted me right away, came out and gave a estimate. He was very honest about the situation in my yard and told me upfront what the pruning would and would not accomplish(there was a lot of tree limbs). He came out with his lift, did the job, and opened the yard to way more sunlight. The job took about 3-4 hours and the clean up was excellent. Would hire again if needed.
