They are wonderful.

They do a really good job. They stand behind their work. Their prices are fair. They drove down to help me with my car.

Great got an appt in a double of days. did not do work that wasn't needed. called when done. I mentioned that I saw the business on Angies list, and the owner gave me $25.00 off the bill.

Brought vehicle in 8 AM,called about 1 PM with problem diagnosed and with estimate. Picked up vehicle at 5PM. paid the estimated price.

Overall the professionalism was high and their honesty top notch. Instead of telling me an exorbitant amount for brakes I did not need they explained what the problem was. One has to admire that kind of Integrity.

Their customer service was great and everybody was very friendly. They were all young, very pleasant and did a good job with their estimate. The work was excellent although their price was a little higher than others; but it is worth it to me. I will use them again in the future.

They were professional and vehicle was ready on time. It was an expensive day but the car is safe an sound again.

The team at Olmsted Auto Care has provided my family with excellent service over the last couple years. My experiences have consistently been very positive. Pat, Harry and crew have been fair, honest and they provide great work. I have great confidence in these guys. I'd recommend them to anybody looking for a reliable, quality auto mechanic.

Car ran like it was new. I have had good repairs with others in the past but I have not felt the work was this good ever. I was very happy with the outcome. Took my handicapped van in for air conditioning repair and kneeling option looked at. They did a great job with that as well.

My visit with them went well. I like their customer service. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

I provided the shop with a list of several items which needed to be looked at, and let them know which items I considered most important and which items I might "wait on", depending on price. They did the necessary repairs and offered me estimates on the other items, so that I could make a decision based on the value of my older car (i.e., fix versus sell!). I hate to share that they also have a free car-loaner program for using while your car is in repair-mode, because that might mean that new customers might be borrowing their loaners instead of having a loaner available to me! But I would hate for others to miss out on what I have so far determined to be this competent and honest service provider.

I was getting only barely warm air from the heater, so I took the car to Olmsted Auto Care for service. When I dropped it off they gave me a free loaner for the day. Within a few hours they were finished and I had my car back.

The do work regularly on one of my vehicles. The last time I took my vehicle there I spent about $150. They are very thorough. I have never had them suggest that I repair something that did not need to be repaired. Their work is always performed on time and for the price they said it was going to be. The prices are excellent. I will use this service provider in the future.

They diagnosed the brake problem when I had the car in for an alignment. It was pulling to the right. The gave me a ballpark figure at that time for the repair and I decided to wait till it got bad. Their diagnosis was right on and the price was close to what the originally estimated months ago.

They are really good at letting us know if there is something that could be fixed under warrantee so we can take it back to the dealership rather than having them do it. We've had some older cars and they are good at letting us know if the repair is worth doing and what our other options are. I think the price is good and it's probably cheaper than the quickie joints. We trust the guys at Olmsted.

They are very good about the timeliness of their service. They are always real good about giving you the cost upfront. They are very good at giving you advice about what needs to be fixed now or later.

Pat found tires that were on sale to put on my car to save me a few extra dollars. The car was ready exactly when he said it would be. He always tries to work around my schedule. Pat will always give an estimate or call with one before doing the work on the car. He never pads his own pocket, but does only the work the vehicle needs (I figured I needed 4 new tires). He will make recommendations to his customers on the work he feels the car needs to keep running well or be safe and be truthful about whether it is worth having the work done on the car. On my first visit for an oil change, I witnessed him counseling a customer about work needed on an old vehicle to keep it running and things he recommended to make it safe on the road. After giving her the entire pricey report, he suggested to her that she go home and think about whether she wanted to put the money into the old vehicle or if she wanted to put that money towards a new car. He said he would be happy to help her however he could. Never have I seen anything like this and have been a faithful customer since. Pat and his crew have never let us down. He even fit my sister's car into the schedule the day after the side window fell inside the door and he had never worked on her car before. I can't say enough good things about this company, and I have recommended them to my family and everyone we know.
